We needed a porch rebuilt as well as a roof and gutters on our house. I already had 3 estimates and was ready to pick one when Kevin, from Low Cost Roofing contacted me. He had gotten my information probably from online where I had done some inquiries. I quickly did some research and found many reviews on how great this company is as well as talking very highly of Kevin, who is the sales manager. He came out at the exact time he said he would and went through everything with us. Unlike anyone else who had come out, he pulled a ladder and was up on the roof inspecting it and taking pictures. He explained he could run this through the insurance company as we had wind and hail damage. We did just that and someone from his company came back out to go up on the roof with the insurance adjuster to make sure that we were represented up there. In the meantime, we had them start on the porch, which was a full tear down and rebuild. The work that they did was amazing. The 3 porch posts are not loading bearing, but his workers didn’t like that, so they made them load bearing before boxing them in. The work was done perfectly, and they were meticulous in their attention to detail. During this process, Kevin was in complete contact with me, on top of coming out to check the work and check the completed work. Every time I had a question, I would text him and get a reply within minutes. It is so refreshing to have contractors enjoy doing their job and not cut corners. In addition, the price was cheaper than all the other estimates. I am super thrilled by the work performed by Low Cost Roofing in repairing my dad's roof! It was in much needed repair due to storm and wind damage and I was going to begin the process of research companies when I recalled seeing Low Cost Roofing online and I read all of the positive reviews of previous work.Working with Kevin, the sales manager, was fantastic! He was professional, extremely courteous and very knowledgeable. Given my busy work schedule, Kevin and his team were able to work with my dad's insurance company on my behalf and took care of the inspection and much needed paperwork. Kevin promptly answered every question I had and I totally appreciated how Kevin stayed on top of things with me, as busy as I was, to keep things moving. His project manager and team kept me abreast on everything, from ordering the roofing materials to coordinating the roof repair work. And the outcome of the roof repair speaks for itself! I look forward to the siding and interior work that Low Cost Roofing will be performing next and expect the same level of quality craftsmanship and outstanding communication and coordination.I would definitely work with Kevin and Low Cost Roofing again and plan on recommending them to family and friends who need roof repair work!

Low Cost Roofing teams, led by Kevin Villanueva were already busy working to repair several homes in my neighborhood that suffered damage from recent hail storms when I asked him if his team could take a look at my home when they had time. he was very friendly and understanding of my concern and arranged a free inspection right away. Dealing with Kevin & team has been very pleasant, everyone is so professional and customer focused. My home had several items besides the roof that was damaged by the hail but Kevin has been the POC for any all project related questions and concerns which is something I like. Between Kevin and Nancy Lemus who manages their main office, they both work hard to earn the trust of their clients. In this day of rushing to get things done fast, especially in the Northern Virginia area, Kevin & Low Cost Roofing don't mind slowing things down if that's what it takes to make sure the customer understands every option and cost. They've completed replacement of my roof which looks outstanding, and they are currently working to wrap up those other items and I anticipate their quality & craftsmanship will continue to be second to none.
