Cindy, my initial contact, was responsive and helpful in scheduling the estimate, and Red, who came to conduct the estimate, arrived just before the schedule time ready to go. After a few questions about our home, Red took me through all that NuHome offers, he was very pleasant, a great listener to what I wanted done, was upfront and polite, and he didn’t try to bully me into signing anything, he clearly provided all option levels of doors and storm doors to me so that I could make an informed decision. I will be calling NuHome for all my future home remodeling projects.

We had all of our windows and storm doors replaced and are thrilled with NuHome. They are not inexpensive but offer quality product - thus the long wait for installation while all windows are being manufactured - if you're not in a rush then this is really no problem. From Mary and Mike who were knowledgeable and patient through the sales, selection and ordering process to the excellent installers, Max Lee's crew of 6 or 7, we were pleased - make sure you ask for Max's team. The installers were a well-oiled team where each member knew their role and executed the job seamlessly and professionally. From removal of old, to install to cleanup all went smoothly. The home is a log cabin so a bit more complicated to metal wrap the windows around quirky varying logs, but they figured it out and all fits perfectly. They even had the creativity to place a tiny standing seam roof over our new garden window which not only looks fantastic but matches our metal roof beautifully. Love it. Highly recommend NuHome and Max's crew of window and door installers.Then to top it off, Rob, the project manager, came out to check in and ensure things went well with the install. He too was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Wonderful "family" of people at NuHome.

My experience with this siding company was extremely disappointing and concerning. Firstly, they tried to reschedule our appointment only five hours before the scheduled visit, which was inconvenient. When I called to discuss this issue, they promised to call back but never did. The salesman eventually showed up later than scheduled, which was frustrating.During the consultation, I noticed a strong smell of perfume on the salesman, which was overwhelming. As we sat down to discuss the siding options, I also noticed a smell of alcohol on his breath, along with dilated pupils, indicating possible intoxication. Despite this, he mentioned that he was new to selling siding but casually dropped a fresh check from another customer for $13,000 on the table, which seemed unprofessional.After the consultation, we were supposed to receive a quote within three days, but we never received anything. Follow-up emails were also left unanswered. Overall, this experience was unprofessional, concerning, and I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

We needed a walk in shower and got NuHome to do install. Robin was an awesome sales person and got the right people here to explain the project and answer any questions we had!! They took out our old slippery tub and installed a really beautiful stand up shower with a very solid seat!! Keith did the install in one day and did a great job! He was polite, professional, and tidy. NuHome made did a fantastic job and we were very comfortable all the way through the process.

NuHome has done 2 jobs for me, the first in 2012 and the second in 2013. They "go the extra mile." Project Manager Mike Miyasato explained everything well and showed how their products were superior to the others. Most recently, I called to get information on the weather stripping on the storm door, which has experienced a lot of wear and tear the last 10 years. I didn't know if the warranty would cover that, but friendly Warranty Rep Maria Lopez quickly researched and responded by sending over professional installer Dan, who delivered just what I needed.

I was having work done on my home by a contractor when a canvasser from NuHome knocked on my door and began to talk badly about the contractor I hired. The canvassers name was Lucas or Lee. The company doing work on my home is The Home Doctor and they are doing an excellent job and we could not be happier. To send a canvasser to my house to bash my contractor because you are jealous is unprofessional and unwarranted. I highly recommend The Home Doctor.

Truth be known, I was brought up the old fashioned way, with Military and Law Enforcement influencing me my entire life. Needless to say, I am a stickler for (and appreciate) people who speak with honesty and brevity, and who can make a commitment and then meet it on the dot.As I was involved in residential home remodeling and construction right out of college, I had a better than average understanding of what goes into a roof (or so I thought).On the day of our appointment, Miss Mary (NuHome Exteriors Sales Executive Extraordinaire) came to visit me, survey my roof, and provide a competitively priced free estimate. She was punctual, articulate, pleasant and fully armed with roofing answers and information, and was more than passingly informative during our 60 minute appointment window. Miss Mary’s warm, easy going conversation style (without the usual high pressure sales pitch I have come to hate with a passion) was a pure joy to work with.On installation day, Miss Mary’s office had coordinated an 800 AM start time with the installation crew. At 745 AM on installation day, in front of my house, I found the install crew chief (Rudy) and his team suiting up for today’s task, after respectively parking their vehicles close by. My roof took shape quickly as the crew worked together like a well oiled machine.Suffice it to say, I got a great job done quickly and professionally, literally in one day.I will need windows in the future, so, without a doubt, NuHome Exteriors could look forward to yet another call from me. We used NuHome to replace our roof, gutters, and we also had several windows wrapped. Our initial point of contact, Mary, was very pleasant and knowledgeable. Of all the quotes we got, she was the only one that asked us to walk around the house with her while she did the estimate so she could point things out and ask questions. Once we signed, we were given one point of contact for all of the work, Rob. Rob was great about keeping us informed throughout the process which was over several days and different crews for the windows, roof, etc. The finished product looks absolutely fantastic. The only minor nit that I have is we did have some minor debris left in our bushes that I discovered after we had marked the job complete. I would definitely recommend!

We moved into a house that had a basement door that was, let's say, "slapped" in place. It was a "custom" cut WOODEN exterior door with daylight showing all around. It caused some serious inefficiencies in the summer and winter and also allowed all kinds of bugs to come in. The concrete door frame was a smaller than normal size and could not be changed without some serious construction. NuHome came in, took some measurements, and ordered a top of the line exterior door. I was still slightly skeptical that our problem could be made to look nice or functional.The crew showed up on installation day on time and with the highest professionalism. I'll make a long story short. The door is PERFECT, looks expertly done, and we have ZERO draft or bug issues now. This door was custom ordered to fit the space, but it looks like it belongs there. The crew went a step further to cover the exterior wood pieces with aluminum flashing (sleek looking) and caulking all around the edges. It looks GREAT and exceeded all my expectations. Well worth the investment. There is no team around better than the crew at NuHome. My HIGHEST recommendation - I would not hesitate to call them again if I ever needed door service! We installed a new roof and gutters with NuHome just over 3 weeks ago and so far, so good.Overall, the experience was wonderful... Sindy was very friendly, helpful, patient, accommodating and readily available in setting up a time for an estimate (my wife and I have a busy schedule and we had to move the date a couple of times).Mary provided us an estimate and she was also very friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and explained things well. It did not feel like a sales pitch or pressure filled, but rather an attempt to get us the best outcome possible. She was also available to us via email, txt and phone between estimate and install (as I had a couple questions that came up!).The crew that came out did a great job, they worked diligently throughout the day and got the job done quickly and efficiently! Very easy on us as homeowners. I went out a few times to talk to them and they were ready to show me the progress they were making. The roof and gutters look great.NuHome seemed fairly priced, seemed about average to just above average compared to other quotes... but this was also for the highest quality GAF Shingles and a very professional and trustworthy process (and was a much lower quote compared to a similar company's estimate).Would recommend!

Having every window in your house replaced at one time was nothing I had experienced before, however, I am so glad I chose NuHome to provide my window replacements. Mary C. arrived promptly at my door exactly when agreed upon for the initial appointment. I had already done my homework on NuHome. I checked all the reviews including BBB. Everything was positive, actually glowing reviews.......so I wasn't worried about the company.........just bracing for the impact of the high pressure tactics. Mary is by far the best representative and advocate NuHome could have and after spending time with her, discussing all options, sealed the deal. There was no high-pressure gimmicks. She presented all the options and alternatives, answered all my questions on the spot and we closed the deal that day. When the windows finally arrived, Max L. contacted me to schedule the install. He was professional and courteous. On the day of the install, the crew arrived ahead of schedule so that they would be ready to go at the agreed upon time. Max L. lead the crew, along with the other team of great workers. All were friendly, courteous, and professional. They wasted no time getting to work and it was clear they were all professionals who had done this work before. It went off like the proverbial well-oiled machine. They managed to replace and install all my windows in a 4 story end-unit townhouse in one day. I felt bad for them as they trudged up 4 flights of stairs repeatedly during the day. When they were wrapping up, Max L. and I inspected every window, ensuring that I was happy with the install of each window while the rest of his team were vacuuming the house and cleaning up the outside of my house. I must admit that I was absolutely dreading "install" day. I was imagining the mess that I was going to be left with to clean up. To my absolute delight, when they left, I had no mess to clean up. I rated NuHome Exteriors with a 5 out of 5. In the market today, the bar that is set for Customer Service is already so low. We have learned to expect very little and usually receive even less. This is not the case with NuHome Exteriors. I have enjoyed meeting and chatting with everyone from NuHome. Top Quality company. Excellent products. Perfect install. Top notch customer service. OMG. When I say I love my new windows, believe me when I say I LOVE LOVE LOVE my new windows. Especially my new BAY window that I had installed in my upstairs master bedroom. I didn't realize how much natural light I was missing until i got my new bay window. NuHome Exteriors installed 7 windows (double hung windows) plus my large bay window (which replaced three 37 inch double hung windows). The entire process was seamless. I enjoyed Mary, who did my initial measurements and worked with me to finalize a project to include everything I envisioned and within my budget. The NuHome crew who eventually installed my windows were very friendly and professional. They were courteous and took care to complete the project with little interruption and supervision. I was able to continue to work (I work from home) and the crew totally cleaned and disposed of any waste left from the project. They are truly top professionals. Nu Home Exteriors they do full replacement on Roofs, Windows, Doors and Siding. The offer a free quote and have been around for 24 years. They have an A+ rating in the Better Business bureau. Maybe not many people can trust a company that does the work they do, but when it comes to Nu Home they get the job done and they don't pressure the home owner to doing the work. They have a year to decide if they want to get the work done. I think home owners will be happy with the work they do. Home owners should really give them a shot. They're a company that delivers on the work they do.

Bottom line up front, I was very impressed with NuHome Exteriors from start to finish!!NuHome offered us an estimate for our roof that was good for a year so we decided to take them up on it.  Our installation consultant was Kelly Pierce and I’m here to tell you he is just a complete pleasure to work with.  There was no pressure to buy and he really gave us an honest assessment of what our requirements would be for replacing our roof.  Given that and the price we were quoted it made our decision to go ahead and contract the work an easy one.We were also impressed with how quickly after the contract signing they came out and did the demo/install.  We signed the contract on 30 October and had the work completed on 19 November.Finally, I want to talk about the crew.  They did a tremendous job completing our roof replacement. They even went above and beyond and fixed a piece of siding that had come loose on the side of our townhouse.  Also, they took great care to ensure the perimeter of our home was protected from debris and ensured cleanup was thorough and complete.I definitely recommend NuHome to anyone looking to install a new roof on their home.Service: Roof installation
