I got my roof, windows, gutters, and trim done with Presidential Exteriors and I have to say they did a fantastic job. I got quote's from a dozen other companies and none came close to the price and the quality. The entire process was smooth, and I was kept in the loop the entire time. Ryan, Emmerson, Mr. Kim and team did a phenomenal job on our project. We needed to have an old, drafty front door and back sliding glass door replaced. Their team was super communicative, very responsive and most importantly, they were punctual and extremely skilled.They also identified a few issues during the install due to the age of our home but they were unfazed by it and just kept working until they figured it out. The end result is amazing and even though they had a few problems to figure out, they were still able to get the job done in one day, as advertised. Seeing the finished product makes us wish we had knocked this project out sooner. Definitely will be using them again for all our future exterior home remodeling needs!

Matt T the fixer does a fantastic job and is quick and neat. He had to fix 2 windows that the trim didn't meet my satisfaction. He makes the window trim look like what it should have looked like when the crew finished. I really like Matt T and Orlov. They do great work. I'm very pleased with my windows now.

I had a new roof installed by Presedential Exteriors (PE) and the entire experience was amazing. The beginning when PE inspected my roof providing detailed information that I could understand. PE worked with my insurance company who I will not name, but known to be hard. I needed my solar panels removed, PE was patient and always followed up and checked on the status. PE staff from telephone calls to the day of service was knowledgeable, kind , very helpful and pleasant. My roof look amazing and the job was done within eight hours. Thank you again PE for a job well done!

We had our windows replaced a few months ago and the locking system on two of our windows weren’t locking. Matt came took his time fixed the windows then checked the rest of the windows in the house and made sure they were all working properly. He explained his work and was very professional. Presidential did a replacement of our roof, which was starting to show its age. This was our second project with them, and we have been pleased with their work both times. Marlon and Marshall did a great job managing the project and communicating with us, even with the schedule having to be adjusted due to several days of rain.

Matt T from the Service Tech Dept. promptly showed up and quickly addressed the problem with our front door not closing correctly unless it’s pushed to lock. He adjusted the bottom door strike plate a couple of times till the door had a tight seal. Matt explained the process if it happens again. and if it keeps occurring, to call it in and he will replace the strike plate. Overall, happy with the outcome and Matt was friendly and personable.

The work quality was top notch. The project manager Jose Rodriguez and quality manager Orlov answered all our questions before during and after installation. Excellent experience throughout the project. Pricing process was transparent. They really do measure multiple times to ensure the product (French doors in this case) will fit correctly even in a custom build.Doors arrived on time and the 3-person installation team started the following morning, completing the entire installation project--removal of the old doors, prep for installation, installation of the new doors, all adjustments, final work including trim, caulking, threshold, cleanup--in just under 6 hours.Quality control stopped by to ensure the project was going as expected. Follow-up and walkthrough later in the day wrapped up the process.The doors we purchased are ProVia and are even better than expected.All in all, five star by Presidential Exteriors throughout.

We just finished the process of taking bids from 6 companies on our new siding. We ended up with 3 bids at the end of the process, and learned a ton about how siding work is done. I have worked with ethical sales and contracts for about 20 years, so I'm well aware of sales scams and hustles. Eric from Presidential Exteriors was head and shoulders above the others, and the bid was right in the range I expected. No drama. Eric was knowledgeable, patient, efficient, truthful and really made the process go well, without the hard sell. Looking forward to the installation process next!

Although I am not thrilled with the vendor pressuring me to leave online reviews after every single project, I have no complaints about the work and will leave another one. At least they aren’t hovering over me while I write this, like a lot of businesses do these days. The garage door was replaced today and so far there are no problems. Angel really knows his stuff.
