Bob provided consultations for the home improvement project I am planning. It is wonderful working with him! His ability and willingness to explain things carefully, fast and clear communication, helpful and understanding attitude, as well as thorough considerations gave me a lot of ease and comfort and I learned a lot from him just by talking because he is so willing to provide information openly and honestly. It is so helpful to work with someone like that in a big project that can easily cause anxiety. You will not go wrong choosing him.

We hired Bob and his company to build us a two floor addition on our existing house, remodel the existing kitchen and build a new master bathroom and a master bedroom and a walk-in closet. They did a wonderful job. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Bob was on top of this project and his professionalism, knowledge and willingness to help was incredible. Bob was fantastic! He did an amazing job building a connector between our house and garage that looks great. Every part of the process was professional - each of his crews did their job efficiently. The brickwork and the wooden arches and the roof all look amazing and really brought our house together. He problem solved much of the plan himself And multiple people have commented on how well it is constructed and how fast it came together. I would highly recommend hiring this company- you will not be disappointed!

Acted like they were going to jump in and get it done. Did not know what they were doing in getting permits. Always wanted payments prior to completing work. Did not get the final inspections, I had to. Threatened me when I would not pay him before the work was done per his contract. Attempted to get me to pay for things that was already paid for in the contract. At the end of the project, would not show up to see if the work was done. Took them 3 attempts to get the siding done. Failed inspections several times mostly because they would not listen to the inspectors. Finally quit the project and I got the inspections to pass on the first try. Plus he added a grading plan which had to be done and I paid for it but at the end, he did not want to fulfill the grading plan and wanted me to pay for it again. I am currently fulfilling the grading plan on my own so I can get the final land inspection done and I can also get a $3,000 deposit back. He kept saying he was going to lose money and it was just a lie. I paid him approx $55,000. Do not hire him. He will badger you and get mad if you question anything. He will remind you he has over 17 years experience and you can trust him. He will not remember what is said. Bob is full of promises and short on delivery. If he responds to this and denies any of it, feel free to put a post on here and I will contact you with pictures and written proof to show what he is really like.
