I had a bad leak in my dining room. A large section of carpet was soaked and needed to be replaced. However, I had never liked having carpet in the dining room so I had them replace the floor with vinyl flooring that matched the faux wood in the kitchen. It looked beautiful and was much nicer than the carpet. They fitted the flooring against the hall carpet perfectly and I have been incredibly pleased with the work that was done and also with the fact that their price was completely reasonable. I would definitely recommend Tsp Contracting and would hire them again if I needed work done.Service: Install flooring

Jerry at TSP contracting is an invaluable asset to the Westwood Village Condos. He has jumped through such hoops to get my unit ready for settlement with me having the worst series of bad luck in back to back gas and water leaks days before settlement. He's been extremely responsive and has been moving at warp speed to get everything resolved - I wouldn't have wanted anyone else on the job, especially with how familiar he is with the units and his high level of qualifications. This was my first time having work done by Jerry and I've never seen a contractor get things diagnosed and repaired so quickly on such short notice.
