I highly recommend USA Storm Roofing and Construction Group. They just did our roof and one of our bathroom. They were very easy to communicate, well knowledgeable to understand for our needs and more importantly after each day of working they left the area so clean. They gave us time frame and they were even done one day before for everything. Definitely will call them again if I need anything.

USA Storm Roofing replaced my roof 6 month ago. I was not even aware that the roof got damaged from the hail/wind storm at that time. Bob and Johnny helped me to work with the insurance company to get everything straightened up. They were both professional and trying to find the best solution for the customers. During the replacement，Bob and johhny were onsite to check everything and make sure the roof and other related components were all installed well for the quality of the work. Would recommend to work with them if you have roof concerns and issue especially we just had a hail storm last week, you never know!

Recently I had a roof leak and came across USA Storm Roofing on yelp. Called and scheduled them to come out and look at my roof issue. Johnny from USA Storm Roofing came out and looked at the exterior roof and then went into the attic to get a better assessment of the issue. Johnny was able to give me a itemized proposal on what it will take to make the repairs and provided pictures on what he observed thru his assessment. USA Storm Roofing was able to schedule me immediately and make the repairs. Their employees were professional and took pride in there work. We selected USA Storm Roofing over several other roofing companies for a number of reasons. We experienced a leak in our roof that affected the ceiling in our master bedroom. I called USA Storm Roofing and Bob quickly answered my call. He had a team come to our home within hours to assess the roof and interior damage in our master bedroom. They provided their recommendation and pictures via email. We did not feel pressured at any time, rather, we felt supported by their team.Within days another rainstorm would be heading our way. While we were obtaining additional estimates/recommendations, Johnny and Bob were proactive and assisted us by providing a temporary patch to prevent further damage to the roof/interior. We determined they were the best fit for us and hired their company to replace our roof. Their company also assessed and fixed the interior damage. It's helpful to have a company who can offer comprehensive work versus hiring various companies to complete the work.Johnny and Bob were professional and patient every step of the way. They were transparent and available to answer our questions even outside of normal business hours. They spoke with and clarified all details of the project to the satisfaction our of the HOA board. Johnny and Bob were thorough, detailed, accommodating, respectful, and organized. Johnny supervised the work which was impressive. His team immediately cleaned up after the roof was replaced. Bob and Johnny from USA Storm Roofing and Construction were absolute professionals. They helped me navigate my insurance company’s claims process by meeting with the adjusters. Additionally, they provided me the evidence I needed to successfully complete the claim in spite of my insurance company’s initial pushback. Once I received my claim they were out and replaced the roof within a week. Definitely a five star service.
