UPDATE.We've had the windows for 4 months now: I definitely noticed a comfort and energy savings improvement! As well as noise reduction. I've been getting compliments from my neighbors and friends all the time. The installers were very pleasant and did clean afterwards; I didn't have to clean anything, they took care of everything. My manager is wonderful, and I'm happy she's back to take care of the second phase of my windows.The windows are gorgeous. Triple pane which will reduce energy bills and noise reducer. Low maintenance and all good stuff. Overall the best windows. The manager was very informative and she knows very well the products and company. I recommend Ameritech!!!

Ameritech recently replace a large bow window in my living room and I am extremely happy with the result. The installers were efficient and did an excellent job, only taking about 3 and 1/2 hours total to remove the old window and replace it with a beautiful new window. They patiently answered my questions during the installation, and although they warned me that installation would be loud, they weren't nearly as loud as I had anticipated. They were very polite and obviously know what they are doing. Their cleanup was also excellent, inside and outside! There's a definite difference now in the increased warmth near the window (compared to the old). I also appreciated that the sales force/project manager was polite, efficient in use of my time, and not pushy. He also followed up after installation to come out and review the job and to assure that I was totally satisfied with the new installation. I would definitely recommend Ameritech Construction for window replacements and will keep them in mind for any other home projects I may have in the future. Thank you very much!

UPDATE. This is my third project with Ameritech, I’m doing my back doors, I love the craftsmanship and quality (that’s HUGE to me). My manager is amazing and both, her and Ameritech, have a customer for life. I definitely recommend them to friends and family.Ameritech replaced my front door, I love the construction and quality of materials, the installers were very knowledgeable and cleaned afterwards. I’m doing my second project (sliding glass door), I like how secure and stylish (which is a bonus), triple pane. Ameritech is one of the best in business! We purchased a home in 2018 and they installed a new bay window in 2019 and then we they to install a new kitchen door in 2020. We are pleased with their service from the initial appointment their representatives come and provide so much knowledge and always give you the best WILD CARD PRICE! The installation takes just ONE day no matter how big the job. Their windows keep out drafts and are triple pane for durability. We recently moved into our new home in August 2023 we knew needed to upgrade the windows. My Fiancé and I knew to contact Ameritech to get the job done right! I would recommend Ameritech to anyone who needs a new window or door because they truly care about their customers!

We were so pleased with the back door and storm door that we purchased from Ameritech that we came back in less than a year to purchase doors for the front of the house. Their sales reps - the one from last year and the one who was sent for our current door, were very knowledgeable about the products services and the warranty. I have met homeowners who love the work this company does in replacement of exterior products. They were estatic with the exterior work done! The presentation was done by the same manager with whom we worked in the past. As before, she was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the process. This is the second time in the last few years I’ve used Ameritech. Not only do they use quality product but each time you get new work done, it extends your warranty by two more years on all the previous work that’s been done.Mr. Carlson the sales rep is outstanding and does an excellent job of explaining everything and answering all of my questions. He is very patient and I really appreciate him breaking it all down for me.The product itself is very high quality and I love the work that they have done. Some of the things they did needed repair after they completed the initial install, but they came back out and repaired everything to my satisfaction and in a timely manner.Sometimes it took a little while for parts to come in for the repairs, but they always came back out and fixed everything without any issues.Lastly it’s very hard now a days to find a company that does great work, uses high quality product, has very knowledgeable salesman and timely professional workers. I believe they check all the boxes of all the categories.I would highly recommend them to my friends and family and I would give them 10/10 stars for being exactly the kind of company that I would want to come back for years to come.Thank you Ameritech for your professionalism and outstanding work you have done to my home and I look forward to many more years of happy days in my house that you helped make my home the way I saw fit.

We had gotten 5 Fantastic windows installed last year and we love them. Very little to no heat transfer even with direct sunlight. Install was fast with no hassel. So we decided to go with them again for another 4 windows and a Bay window. Highly recommend.

I really wanted to give this company five star review, however, their horrible customer service and unresponsiveness to my concerns does not make that possible. Spent $42000 cash to replace 20 windows in my home on 2/26/2024. I was informed on March 1, 2024 by another contractor doing work on my house that old flashing was not replaced. In fact he pointed out to me that the old flashing didn't cover entire width of window and could possibly lead to window fail. Immediately informed my salesperson, Mike Carlson, about situation and, as he requested, sent him photo of window with old flashing. That was three weeks ago. Have left several messages with him as well as president of company. As of this writing, absolutely no response or communication at all. Doesn't matter how good your product is because it's all for naught when you have lousy customer service and fail to respond to customer concerns.

My wife and I are totally satisfied with the work and products that we have purchased from Ameritech. In 2020 we had our windows replaced with new high quality triple pane vinyl windows and premium GAF roof system. These two improvements to our home provided an immediate thirty percent savings in heating and electric bills. Now we are replacing our vinyl siding and shudders on the house and can't wait to see the visible difference, as well as energy savings from this home improvement. It is truly amazing how nice your home feels when you replace the contractor grade material used in original construction. While I do believe their work is of high quality, and all of their staff is very professional, I still can't believe the prices I was quoted.I purchased my modest (small) townhome last year. Wanted to possibly replace an aging front door and the sliding glass door leading to my backyard. I knew this wasn't going to be cheap, but I actually laughed at the initial price I was quoted - genuinely thinking I misheard the number.Almost $38,000.I was able to 'talk them down' to replacing my front door for $8k. but this still felt excessive when the exact style of door my HOA requires is $700 at Lowe's. Decided to seek out other quotes and I'm very glad I did. Ended up with another local company, who did exemplary work for $4,500.Point being - if money is not an issue, Ameritech may be a great fit for you. However, if you're a first-time home owner like myself, I'd implore you to get multiple bids before any large project.
