I had a greaaaaat experience with The Home Doctor.I had my front door, screen door and back sliding door replaced they was really old. I called and spoke with Quintas McCorkle he is the Chief Operating Officer. He went above and beyond to make sure that I got excellent service. Mr.McCorkle called me to make sure that everything was ok ,and when everything was finished he came by to do a thorough check to make sure everything was perfect. I would most definitely recommend this company to everyone! I included photos of my red old door and old screen door, and my new green door with new screen door. I also included my back sliding door as well. Thank you Quintas McCorkle and The Home Doctor 😊

He took the time to ensure we knew what we were purchasing, and placed our minds at ease. He represented The Home Doctor brand very well. Mr. Mike Sims came same day to do a free estimate for our family the day after a huge rainstorm after which our new roof started leaking. He was very courteous, polite, friendly and professional throughout the entire visit from beginning to end. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through all of our options. I set up for an estimate for replacing windows. I have time during the day to meet with the companies and get the estimate. We are only looking to replace existing windows.Scheduled the appointment, I was given heavy push back for my husband to be present. They made the appointment for me. The day of there were small hiccups on their end and I was able to work with the appointment shift. The woman was knowledgeable and quite lovely.The issue arose when she went to work up the estimate and came back saying the office was giving her push back for my husband not being here, was there any way he could be home soon. He works over an hour away.I understand if we were to contract time, but to find out the cost of replacing the windows does not require both of us sitting through multiple 2 hour sales pitches, it was painful enough for just me! I have been very up front with each company and have made detailed notes for each one. When we do replace the windows we will go with a respectful company. I do not want to waste their time, but I also need to do my due diligence for what the cost will be to replace 20 windows. It is an expense that needs to be made with a clear head, not during a heavy sales pitch.

I contacted Home Doctor to see if they could give me a quote for a siding repair job. They told me that they don't do siding repair, only total replacement. I told them that was fine, but I'm not interested in total replacement. They still tried to sell me on full replacement, which I declined.Since then, I have been called no less than five times to listen to their sales pitch about why I should get my siding replaced. I have told them each time that I've already gotten the repair work done and to please stop calling me. The calls continue.When I am finally ready to replace my siding, I absolutely will not be using Home Doctor.

I have had 12 windows and 1 sliding glass door replaced by The Home Doctor team. Working with Daniella, I selected the window model and the various styling details, then I had another appointment to get exact measurements - afterwards, once the windows and door were ready the installation took about a day. The entire experience was very positive - I also appreciated the extra check-ins that happened along the way pre and post installation. Daniella and the team are great to do business with.

Curtis effectively explained and showcased the windows and materials. He was courteous and aimed for a good window deal. However, the installation fell short as they didn't patch the wall after removing the old windows. Overall, I'd rate it lower than 5 stars due to this issue.
