I cannot recommend Ciprian and his team too highly. They were fantastic and I’ll never use anyone else. I had a major renovation inside and there were lots of quirks because it’s an old house and nothing is straight etc. Nothing was too much of a problem. Plans were made, solutions proposed, problems solved. At very fair rates. I have had other contractors who were the exact opposite. They were also at my home for several months as a downstairs bathroom was also done and it was easy and comfortable to have the team around. Problems were very minor (such as a bit messy outside for a day or two) and immediately addressed when I raised them. I hope to have them back for lots of other projects in years ahead. Count yourself lucky if they are available to help you.

We had a portion on our barn roof replaced and other portions repaired. This work included changing the pitch on approximately 144 total lineal feet with new subframing, sheathing and metal sheet. Loose nails on the entire 6000 sf roof were replaced and caulked. I don’t think I have dealt with a contractor that has been so good. Ciprian and his crew replaced my shingle roof with a new metal roof and replaced all my siding and gutters on my house. I had three other companies give me quotes and they were by far the best deal, but that’s not the best part. The best part is the fact that their professionalism and skill was the best I have come across. Despite bad weather they were able to get the project completed in time. My house looks like a brand new house. I was so impressed I decided to get him to do my deck which he starts this week. Transylvania roofing is the best and I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new roof, siding or any general contracting.
