Would not recommend this company at all we have been trying to get this company to finish the job they started but all we get is broken promises and excuses had to get another contractor to finish the job because this company wouldn't or couldn't, the roof that Wayne and his crew installed is now leaking and no one can get ahold of Wayne to have his mistakes fixed absolutely the worst contractor ever!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY AND HIS COMPANY!!!!!

I called RateBreaks Construction to fixed my damaged downspouts at 5pm and Wayne arrived at my house the following day at 4pm to do the work. While speaking with him, I asked if he did any other work. He replied yes and he scheduled a time time repair tiled floor in my basement bathroom. My house is under contract for sale and Wayne was more than helpful pretty much saved me from searching for other contactors. I highly recommend him for any home owner needing services.

On Tuesday, November 27, 2018, RateBreaks Construction started a roof repair that has been troubling me every time that it rains. RateBreaks’ approach to this nagging leak was very professional. The experience that they displayed while explaining their solution instantly assured me that I had the right roofing contractor to handle my perplexing leak. The roof whisperer exactly knew the problem after carefully listening to my description of the leak. They sent pictures of a completed repair that, in their opinion, was similar to mine. RateBreaks Construction did an exceptional job replacing our roof with all new plywood and shingles. They also installed new pvc fascia and rake boards with a vinyl cladded metal wrapping. All of our existing soffits were replaced as well. Finally, new seamless 6 inch gutters and 3 x 4 downspouts were installed. Today, August 22, 2019, the day after experiencing the worst wind and hail storm, I called RateBreaks Construction and Mr. Shorter arrived at my home within a hour after our call.
