Licking Valley Construction built our home in 2012. We absolutely love our home. I couldn't have ask for a better builder experience. Bo and Kathy always made time for my questions and worked with me and my wife to make sure we were happy. Even years after the build they have still been available returned phone calls.The construction was done very well and without shortcuts.I now work in a job where we work with more than 30 builders and I see residential construction from the ground up. I am even more thankful and sure that I made the right decision years ago to have Licking Valley build my home. I would do it all over again today. 🤗

I cannot begin to describe how happy we are with our new home that Licking Valley Construction built for us. The builder went out of his way to make sure everything on our property was perfect, and even continues to follow up with us to make sure everything is running smoothly. The house itself is amazing, so many upgrades come standard. Would highly recommend Licking Valley to anyone looking for a great, quality home built by honest people.

Bo and Kathy Welch are absolutely first rate builders. The process is so enjoyable when you are dealing with honest and fair people.I just moved into my house and could not be more pleased with the home. Bo builds an absolutely stunning home, with top quality finishes and attention to detail.If you are looking for a home in the area I could not recommend Licking Valley highly enough.
