Only the first year was good, after that electrical issues, mostly with my HVAC, which is apparently not under warranty. Every year, usually about 3-6 times, my hvac blows its fuse, it has some kind of short in the wiring harness. The carpets are cheap and installed poorly, as in, not one whole piece. I get water through the basement door every time it rains. The floors started to chip after 6 months.Service: Home building

The house is nice, granite countertops are beautiful, but I have A LOT of electrical issues starting just after this house turning 3. As well as the floor started chipping after 6 months , and the carpets have fallen apart in just 2 years, for example, if I step on the edge I can feel the nails stab my feet and you can just pull the carpet it. I was told by an inspector that my septic was done very well.

We purchased our first home from MS Construction and couldn't be happier! Mike and Jenn are knowledgeable not only in their field but were also always willing to help us with questions we had about the area and the home buying process. We love the fact they are local and took the time to discuss with us every phase of construction. They went above and beyond and we are so grateful to have them help us build the perfect first home!

My fiance and I just completed the purchase of our first home from M.S. Construction LLC. We looked at a ton of houses before our realtor showed us the one from M.S. Construction. We were basically sold on the house before even walking inside. We looked at a lot of new builds, but M.S. Construction by far went above and beyond any of the other builders by putting finishing touches that other builders looked right past. M.S. Construction used nicer appliances, nicer fixtures and put a nice deck on the beck of the house! They also used really nice counter tops. Great builders! I am really pleased with our home and hope to use them in the future to do any future projects for our home!

MS Construction finished our basement doubling our living space. We are very impressed with the quality of work and professionalism displayed by MS Construction. They changed a dark storage area into a great play area enjoyed by our whole family. I am using them for a second project and would highly recommend them for any building project.

MS is shotty at best . Had them back within the warranty and things are coming apart just after. Doo doo work and they take forever to get to you to fix an issue.Service: General construction

M.S. Construction LLC builds quality homes and I can't say enough about the level of detail and workmanship that goes into each of these homes. I would highly recommend if your looking for a builder you can trust, the choice is obvious it's M.S. Construction.
