First Class Contracting of Tidewater is an excellent general contractor and an extremely reliable contractor for the myriad of maintenance and repair work required by the HOA of Westwood Village (20 condominium buildings, 304 units). We rely upon them to repair roofs and gutters, repair damage caused by water intrusion of any kind, repair door hardware, restore interior drywall damage, renew stone veneer on our 4-story buildings, paint interior common areas, remedy mold issues, install flooring, and maintain exterior sidewalks and curbs. Their work is always of the highest quality, which makes FCCTW our first choice for repair and restoration work at Westwood Village.
