My Project Manager, Connor, went above and beyond. I would have had a very hard time completing the shutter painting without his prep assistance. Connor’s special gift is his positive attitude. His approach was that the project would be wonderful. He then made sure that it was. Miguel also was very knowledgeable and helpful. Through his suggestions, the completed project was even better.

Great company and Dakota, the project manager was on top of everything. The installation was quick and efficient. Only issue was in some of the cleanup—none in the installation itself which was essentially complete in two days. Dakota was on top of the cleanup and did couple or more sweeps with a magnet to ensure all nails were picked up. Overall great experience.

They got the job done faster than any other company could so thats a big plus if you already have a leak like i did. They have aggressive sales tactics that I did not find okay. Was told verbally that more would be done than it was, but once the roof is up its a moot point. The project manager who added the first review, reached over to tap 5 stars himself.Also, I'm finding nails from the roof in my yard which I was assured wouldn't happen because "they go over everything with a magnetic rake"

I would highly recommend home genius, as the staff from sales all the way to project management was great. The site was cleaned after the project was over and all the staff was amenable and they were laatable. They completed our project in 1 day as promised. That's both our home as well as I Shed And I would highly recommend them to any friends and family.

After getting a new roof & having four skylights taken out I was still having some leaking around the skylights. Dakota the project manager had the roofers redo one skylight because of nail pops. Had to call him again about it leaking down the wall. Dakota was on top of it and got the roofers to come again & fix the problem. Dakota is very professional and Genius is very lucky to have him as their Project Manager. Am so thankful I chose Home Genius Exteriors.

Went online to search for repairs only & they were one of the companies to contacted me but I wasn't looking for these types of services. The person was nice but tried to tell me my roof & everything was bad when it wasn't. Didn't appreciate that. All to make a sell
