Mike's work was excellent and I highly recommend hiring him for your home repairs! A few of my neighbors have also asked him for jobs based on the excellent craftsmanship he did for me. I made an appointment to have some work done in my home office. Mike came out and ran cables through wall and hung a flat screen TV. It was a fairly quick and clean project. My Sub flooring was rotting due to a past water leak, in order to replace the floor the bottom cabinets had to be removed, dishwasher removed, Stove removed, and all the rotten flooring had to be removed, new insulation had to be installed, the mold had to be removed, laminate flooring removed, and then all had to be replaced. I called around and came across M&A property services, LLC. Mike came out and looked the job over and we accepted his offer. From start to finish Mike was extremely smart, professional, friendly, always on time, worked every day till job was complete. The outcome was a beautiful Vinyl plank flooring, cabinet was put back without any breakage, I am extremely happy I found this company, Job was done to perfection! definetly recommend ! I contacted M&A around 7pm or later about replacing my kitchen sink faucet it was urgent to me because I was not able to use it. The owner responded directly to me and fast everyone else could not or would not be able to come out until a week or so later because it’s still close to holidays (Christmas, new year) he said he would come out and he did he said 10am and he was here maybe 10-15mins to the time. He was knowledgeable pleasant and fast and very reasonably would highly recommend to any and everyone!!! Thanks Again!Service: General repairs
