We had “ask zello roofing” finish our basement and man it turned out so great. I just purchased a home and I'm working my way throuh the inspector's to-do list. I was in need of vent stack boots and a gutter assessment and went online to research some area businesses. Based on past reviews and the BBB, I settled on Ask Zello Roofing, and I'm so glad I did!Tim and his crew leader BOTH responded to my inquiry right away and came out the next day. I was immediately impressed with Tim's knowledge, professional demeanor, and kindness, which matters more than we realize sometimes. He didn't try to sell me new gutters. His crew cleaned them, repositioned one, and sealed the seams. He didn't try to sell me a new roof. His crew removed the satellite dish left behind by previous owners, patched the spot and dealt with the other areas that needed attention. He addressed my initial concerns with speed and precision.Tim also patiently answered all our questions about other issues around our exterior we wanted to have addressed, and pointed out things on the inspection list that they could fix.The crew is so well-rounded and capable, and are such hard workers! We ended up using them for all the necessary roof repairs, gutter guard installation, deck stabilizing and refinishing, siding and decorative stonework repair, landscaping (my back yard was a wreck!), and exterior trim and door painting. It was so wonderful to have all this addressed by one company in about 2 weeks (would have been faster if not for weather interruptions!)The pricing for everything was super fair, there are financing options available if needed, and the entire process and experience was no pressure and no hassles. I personally have used this company they patched my roof and fixed my chimney and I can tell you that they have an outstanding service and work quality! They even went above and beyond the call of duty and did more then they really had to but that is the level of integrity and service they have! Some of these other bad reviews are fakes from people and their competitors that have never even used their services!! I’m noticing they are fake reviews by their competitors trying to just leave a bad review on work that Ask Luke Zello was never even affiliated with or did. I have found This is an amazing locally family owned and amazing business full of integrity, fast and amazing communication and service at a great value! For the work they did on my house the process and communication and work was amazing and I could not recommend them more!! This is the company you want to go with! And definitely ignore these fake bad reviews as many of their happy customers like me are recognizing them as fake bad reviews of their competitors and have already reported them to google. Mr Zello and his crew were nothing short than exceptional. From the very first phone call to the very last home visit, nothing could have went any better. Dallas was quick to actually come out and look at our roof and sheds, not just use Google Earth. He was quick, gave an exact quote and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up every little scrap. They also removed two satellite dishes we don’t use anymore and replaced the wood under them for no extra cost. Out of 4 quotes they were the cheapest and only one other came close to their price. If it wasn’t for all of their 5 star reviews I would have thought it too good to be true. We had a new roof installed by Zello along with repairs to house siding, trim, and deck and a new paint job on entire exterior.It all looks super and they worked with us on all the details to get the best cost-effective results.All the guys who worked on everything did a thorough and conscientious job.We also had some smaller project done through Zello:1. An electrician installed ceiling fans inside as well as a number of outdoor lights.2. A storage area was built inside old chimney stack to give it new purpose.3. A new shower floor, which had been very badly installed by a different contractor, was torn out and replaced by a Zello crew member. Now it is properly done and looks so much better.4. Deff recommend!!!! From the beginning to the end, Dallas was quick to come out and do a free estimate of how much it would cost to finish our basement, there were a few cracks in foundation that were a concern so he was able to get Tim out literally like the next day got us a quote on that. The services were able to get scheduled that next day for basement foundation repair. Then our basement was able to be started the whole process was over in a blink of an eye and working with Dallas was nothing short of amazing he’s very helpful. As well as patient when it came to our flooring seemed like everything we liked wasn’t available etc ( not at fault of them) but he went above and beyond to get samples of things I may like and even brought them to my job so I can see. Anything I had a concern about he was able to answer with full reasoning behind it. It was nice to be able to do business with people just like us families making a living, I met his wife and daughter on a Few occasions which were also so nice and pleasant. Fully recommend. I needed to get my roof replaced and got several estimates from different roofers that were recommended to me. Although Ask Luke Zello was not the least expensive, they gave me a comprehensive explanation of what they were offering so I knew exactly what I was getting. They explained things thoroughly. In addition the product they offered was rated highly via the research I did online. They showed up on time and when they finished you would have never known they were there other than the new roof. I had some wind damage and wanted to get the roof replaced before winter.1. I was able to get a review of the service and GAF roof products and the estimate within 2-days of requesting. Another roofer would have been 6-weeks just for the estimate.2. Once the contract was signed, the local supplier did not have the shingles we wanted. Dallas worked throughout the day to find a supplier on the east coast that had and would ship them.3. The crew was prompt, professional and completed the project in 1-day (approx 24-square). They took plenty of time after the job to ensure a thorough clean-up was completed.4.
