Update for March 2024—still love them :)! They clean and inspect my roof and flag any problematic trees or issues. Highly recommend!Love Impact Roofing! They are great at what they do. They are responsible experts who will work with you on roof issues. Very prompt, professional, and nice. My neighbor is actually one of the owners so I know them personally as well—truly a kind and professional bunch. My roof and gutters were a mess. They cleaned everything (including my deck!!!) and patched a hole in my roof, on a weekend! Can’t say enough good things about their team.

Joe and his team did an excellent roof install in 2018, after hurricane damage. Fast forward to March of 2023, and our insurance sent an inspector (who clearly was inexperienced) to inspect who decided (erroneously) our roof was not up to snuff. Joe came out the following Monday and took extensive pictures and wrote a great report that got us re-instated. The roof still looks like new! We are very impressed with Impact and will be recommending them to anyone who asks.

Avoid at all costs. Used to do quality work but no more. Contracted them off recommendations and regret it severely.Services requested: windows, black gutters, soffets, flashing.Pros: good price, slightly cheaper than a few other reputable companies.Cons: schedule, communication, labor quality, professionalism, material quality.- I would go weeks without hearing a word from them after my windows were "at the wearhouse". 1 month after I was told all supplies were in, they stated they were still waiting on windows.- Windows had to be reordered because 3 were measured wrong.- 4 months after I was told all materials were in and ready, all materials were *actually* in and I was on the schedule- windows were installed loose and crooked, I had to demand them fix it and show them with a level it was wrong- windows installed and recommended currently leak outside cold air significantly and I have no options from them for repairs or replacements as they won't honor poor workmanship or material quality- flashing was left incomplete for several days and through rain- white instead of contracted black gutters were installed and I had to demand them come back the same day to correct it (or else they weren't coming back for a week+)All in all I would 100% avoid Brian and his crew, your time and money is better spent elsewhere.

Brian and his crew did an outstanding job on our roof. They worked with our insurance company to get it approved by insurance after a recent hail storm; all we had to pay was our deductible. They were extremely efficient too - after we chose our roof color, our roof was completed two days later! The job itself was done in one day. I highly recommend ( 5 GIANT GOLD STARS!) Impact Roofing & Construction for roofing and insurance restoration. Our home was damaged from a bad hail storm and Robert (Impact's representative ) worked closely with our insurance company to make sure all the damaged was covered. He put all our fears at ease and stayed in contact with us through all the repairs to make sure they were to our satisfaction. I also want to give a big shout out to Matthew who coordinated the different groups of workers (roofing-gutters- siding - door and some interior work that got approved) with little interruption to our schedules. All the work done was top quality!

Had the pleasure of working with Mr Mathers and his team recently. They were extremely professional and responsive to all my questions and concerns regarding the installation job on my old roof. The initial consultation was very easy and they made the process smooth. Gave me options that was a no brainer and prices were very competitive. I had other bids done prior to meeting with Jon but I chose to go with his team. His scheduling was on point and worked very well with my busy schedule. The week of the install, they came well prepared. Worked diligently and made sure there were no messes left at the end of the day. Impact is the company that restored my faith in contractors. Mike Bothner embodies professionalism at the highest standard. Mike made the process of recovering from storm damage easy, low-stress and thorough. We had our siding, roof and gutters repaired, and also had some add-ons (replaced windows, a door and some soffit) completed at the same time. Mike, Matt, Jon, James, and the entire team, including the install crew were communicative, polite, punctual, hard-working and most important to a homeowner, thorough - their work is high quality and done with care. I can say this a customer that inspects and is a little obsessive about quality work. Impact Roofing and Construction recently replaced the roof on my house. The company was very professional in doing their work, arriving on time, removing my old roof and putting on the new roof all within one day. They were very efficient. they cleaned up all the debris from the old roof and carted it away at the end of the day, leaving my yard in the same condition that it was at the beginning of the day. In doing my research, my neighbor used this company last year to replace their roof and recommended them to me. We are extremely satisfied with the work that was done on the roof replacement. Another neighbor down the block, commented on the new roof indicating how good it looked. I personally agree with that assessment.The workers who performed the work on the roof gave us an opportunity before they began work to move our cars outside of the garage, if we needed to leave while they were working. When your house is attacked by nature, it's pretty upsetting. Impact Roofing & Construction came to my rescue and have been extremely attentive through the process of evaluating and repairing the damage. Their work, customer communications and customer service is impeccable, keeping me informed during the whole process. Their knowledge of installing a roof, siding, windows and gutters is outstanding. They paid attention to details like re-installing my awning properly and providing a drip edge at the base of the siding near the deck (neither was done properly by previous workers). I can’t say enough good things about this company and specifically about Nate Williams who went the extra mile and more to obtain the needed info. my resistant insurance company wanted. Other roofers backed away when I named my company, not wanting to take on the challenge, but he did not. I would not have a badly needed and entitled to new roof to replace my 20+ year old damaged one but for his efforts. My house looks beautiful, the quality and timeliness of the work was excellent. Nate’s professionalism and enthusiasm are very much appreciated. A+ company!
