Amazing Job! I was referred to S&L by my insurance company. As soon as I called requesting what I needed done. They contacted me in less than 24 hours. They provided quotes for what I needed for insurance purposes and additional work that I had been waiting years to get done. S&L was very professional and punctual. Their attention to detail is amazing. The paint job in my bathroom was so good. They fixed my chimney leak and repaired my fence. I am beyond pleased with their work and I will definitely hire again.

We contacted about 5 different contractors to respond to a bathroom rebuild due to severe water damage. S&L were by far the most responsive and reliable. Even when it turned out both of our bathrooms were damaged they worked with us, helping us budget our time and finances effectively. I’ve heard so many horror stories from people in our situation — not us. S&L were even helpful in resolving old problems due to original wiring and plumbing issues in our older home. I had the pleasure of working with S & L Legacy Contracting Inc on a recent renovation/rebuild of some water damaged areas of my house. I worked closely with Saquann and Laron who were extremely helpful, closely communicated with me about status updates, and worked tirelessly to resolve my insurance claim with the adjusters. I know they are a busy company, but I really appreciated the personal touch and attention.I intend to use them on future renovation projects because of the professionalism and communication.

I can't say enough positive things about my experience with S&L Legacy Contracting. They did a phenomenal job replacing our old bathroom floors. The project manager took his time answering all of my questions and concerns during the estimate. After visiting the showroom and with their expertise, I was able to choose the perfect floors within our budget. The team arrived on time the day of installation and kept me informed throughout the entire process. I will definitely be contacting S&L Legacy Contracting again for future projects.

I was hoping that I would not have to give this review. However, I must be totally honest. I hired this company to lay new flooring. Long story short, I had to hire another company to rectify issues that Precision refused to correct, despite their one year labor warranty. The owner, Saquann Massenburg, is polite; however, he is extremely dishonest and cunning. Needless to say, Precision Flooring will never receive my business again.
