We want to thank Robert and Trisha for a superb job! They restored our driveway that was damaged by another contractor. They did a clean, grinded out damaged areas and then applied concrete stain and sealer. Caulked all the expansion joints with an industrial grade caulk. We are extremely thrilled with the results. Once we had it approved through our HOA, Robert and Trisha had the job completed within a week! They kept in touch with us throughout the process and they truly want to ensure their customers are happy. Excellent customer service! We have had so many compliments already. I originally called Thorough Clean because I received coupons by mail and I needed my roof cleaned. They did an excellent job to clean my roof and gutters, and they also washed my entire house, porch and a deck. I really liked the results, and my house looked just great after the cleaning.While cleaning the roof, they found that there was a rotten spot around a pipe and around a chimney. They suggested the fix, and I was able to get that work done by this company as well. Everything was done as expected. They respected the schedule and did everything as agreed on. They also provided me with the pictures of what was to be replaced, so that helped me to understand it better.I am very happy with my experience with Thorough Clean, and will hire them again for cleaning next year. I will also recommend them to my friends.A+++ serivce.

We are selling our house and I called Robert last minute for a house wash and power washing of the back deck when the photography appointment was pushed up. He was able to accommodate and did a fantastic job on the house and lead walk. Our deck looks great of course as well. Robert also called to flow up to see how I felt about the job and even offered his services for epoxying the garage floor at my new house... Which is in Maryland. 5stars all the way!

I hired Thorough Clean based on Google reviews and I'm so glad I did! They were able to come do the work with very little wait time. They did a great job! I am so happy with Thorough Clean, LLC and the work Carlos did! He power washed my home, deck and walkway. As I watched him power wash my deck I was so impressed by the pride he took in his work! Hewas kind and considerate, I have a cloth cover over my porch swing and he covered it with plastic. Although we didn't think it would get damaged he took the extra precaution and I was grateful. Not only did he do the contracted work, but he went above and beyond to reattach all of our gutters and repair the flashing that was coming detached. He also pressure washed out detached garage and cleaned the windows, free of charge. I had originally hired Spotless Window Cleaning to clean my storm windows. They cleaned my storm windows but did not clean the window frames, leaving my windows looking moldy and filthy. I called twice to complain and asked them to come back to finish cleaning my windows, to which they told me would be another estimate. They never came back to give me that cost estimate. I called Robert at Thorough Clean and he came out to look at my windows that same day that I called. Just a few days later, his crew came to my house to clean my window frames. My windows are perfectly clean now! And the crew was so friendly and professional. Robert was so extremely wonderful to work with and his service was much more affordable. These folks were great to work with. They are dependable and keep in touch (we had to re-schedule a few times).We used them for both power washing and gutter cleaning. Their estimate was lower than some of the others we talked to and we were very happy with the service. They showed up when scheduled, got out stains/dirt that previous companies did not (including foundation and stoop), kept any of the leaves, pine needles, etc. away from the heat pump and cleaned up any mess created by the gutter and house cleaning.Will use again and would not hesitate to recommend.Service: Power/pressure washing
