Amazing!! I am not very familiar with Home Inspections and wasn't sure what to expect. But John and Ronda were fantastic with explaining any questions I had. And they didn't wait for me to reach out! They called me to ask if there was anything I needed clarification on!Their scheduling software made getting the process started a breeze! The program to view the actual inspection, along with clear, detailed photos was top notch! And their price was very affordable!If I knew anyone in the area that I'm moving to, I would recommend them in a heartbeat!

Can not recommend Ronda and John enough! Their inspection on our (hopefully first) home was meticulous and well organized. They were always open to showing/ explaining various components of findings during the inspection, and they were very good about allowing us to ask plenty of questions or raise concerns. On top of that, they took plenty of pictures with explanations, and the website was modern and easy to navigate. We will be recommending them to those in the area!

“That Place” is the dream team when it comes to home inspections! If you’re looking for someone to do a home inspection for you, this is who you should use. First, the owners are punctual and incredibly easy to schedule with. All booking/payment can be done online on their intuitive website. My latest home purchase was in disrepair and they braved the storm to get into all of the areas of the home. Their reports have an incredible amount of detail and are definitely going to help me in maintenance/repair decisions on my fixer upper. Bottom line: hire this company with no hesitation if you need expert opinions on your home purchase or sale.

They were very professional and thorough, the results came back quickly. I was purchasing a home from out of state, waiting to make the trip until my inspection was complete. The seller was not the easiest person to deal with however John and Rhonda handled him like a champ, investigating the house top to bottom discovering things that would have never been seen by the untrained eye. They saved us tens of thousands of dollars in repairs if we did follow through with purchasing the home. Thank you guys so much!

Even showed my son where the electrical panel was located in case he needed to shutoff the electricity. Overall very satisfied and happy with their inspection of our condo. They got the inspection report to us that same day and it was very detailed. The report is helpful and pretty easy to navigate. It also included pictures, which was very nice. They pointed out several very large and concerning issues to us during the inspection. We ended up backing out of the contract because of those issues and were able to save ourselves a lot of money and headaches in the future. I would highly recommend them and would absolutely use their services again.
