They go ABOVE AND BEYOND. My husband and I came home from vacation to our bathroom ceiling caving in. Hassel Free came over the same evening I called them (I called around 8pm) and handled the mitigation. (They were here till midnight getting everything dry!)They were so patient working with me while I waited on getting insurance approval to cover everything. They made sure my family (husband, two babies, and a fur baby) had a roof above our heads. They had our roof replaced, carport replaced, and two bathroom remodels all covered by insurance. And the work they did was EXCELLENT.They truly treated us like family. I felt like I could trust them that they were always looking out for our best interest, not to fill their pockets.Seriously, dealing with a roof leak and unusable bathrooms is so stressful, but Hassel Free truly took care of us. I highly recommend them. Austin and Gary were always available if I had any questions. They were referred to me by another company. I called and I’m very glad I did. I needed some interior ceiling repair for my mother in-laws business that was beyond my capabilities. Austin and Chris came out to inspect the joists that needed repair. They are straight shooters and when their crew came to complete the repairs, they were all very professional and great people to talk with. When the repairs were finished, my mother in law was very happy with what was done and how they left the place spotless. We had them do the house wrap, vinyl siding and gutters first and they did a super job. They kept me posted each time they found bad wood and were very conscientious on making sure the job was done correctly. We then called them back to install new flooring in 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Austin and crew were very professional and explained the process at every step. They went above and beyond, and were quick and thorough. They wrapped trim with aluminum, added new gutters, added front porch railings, replaced storm door, and replaced rotting gable vents with board and batton siding. Would definitely recommend!

I had extensive termite damage under my house resulting in replacing beams and joists. This crew came in and replaced all the damage in 3 1/2 days. They also leveled out the floor with minimal cracking inside. I was kept abreast of what to expect at every step of the process. I am beyond happy with the results and would recommend them over and over again. They will always be my 1st call if I ever need anything else done.

Hassle Free was recommended to us by the local distributor of Alside Windows for a large window replacement job on our old North End VA Beach home. We are glad they did. Austin provided us with a fair estimate. The work was done competently and on time. When some unexpected rotten wood was discovered midway through the job, they presented some options for us with related costs. We made our choice and the work proceeded without a hitch. They have dome some smaller jobs for us like replacing and repairing doors and attic vents and demolition and removal of a large wooden shed. All have been expertly done and reasonably priced.
