Outstanding!!!I am so impressed with the whole team at Stublen Roofing and all aspects of the job they did from start to finish!They were quick, professional and quite affordable.I needed to replace the roof on my mother's house in Churchland. My brother and I are General Contractors and had moved to the West Coast years ago. So it was very hard for us to get this done from that distance. But, the team at Stublen made it easy!I came home while they were doing the job. And, I can tell you, as someone who has worked in the construction industry for thirty years, the job they did was top notch! They were punctual and polite and the whole crew did an amazing job! I recently used Stublen Roofing for flat roof job over my sunroom that is essentially an enclosed patio. Ryan and his team were professional and committed to seeing the job through. They replaced skylights, repaired a good portion of the sunroom roof and the connection of it to the main roof. We hoped that would stop the leak as it seemed that the leak stemmed from the improper installation of the skylights when they were put in the roof. The leak continued to pose problems but each time it started again, Ryan and his team were out working on my house very quickly and were able to get the job done with excellence. We had a roof leak by a (capped) chimney that needed some attention. Curtis came to diagnose the issue and did the repairs same day. He explained the cause of the leak and how he repaired it so we wouldn’t continue to have issues. We are so thankful for his professionalism and good work. For us, Stublen Roofing exceeded every expectation, and the roof replacement was great. Our measurement of Stublen Roofing was communication, professionalism, quality, and workplace cleanliness. Repairs that would not be known until the shingles and underlayment were removed. Once the roof sheathing was exposed, Stublen Roofing made necessary and wise recommendations to cure past roofers' and original builders' errors. We have owned seven homes in multiple states over the past twenty-four years. From quote to clean up the service was superb. The crew showed up on time, went to work immediately and and did an outstanding job of replacing my entire roof (60 squares and 28 sheets of plywood) in one day. Our wood trim had a lot of issues with rot and water damage. We were interested in a no-maintenance solution. We read that Stublen Roofing did aluminum trim wrapping. We had them give us an estimate along with another company. My wife and I were impressed with Stublen's estimator, Tony, who explains all of the options and provided a timely estimate that was in our price range. We were also impressed with a follow-up call from Matt, suggesting some alternations to the estimate based on his analysis of photos of our house, which ended up saving us some money. Our gutters had to be temporarily removed so that the trim wrap team could have access to all of the trim. The removal crew were polite and fast. The trim wrap crew was also professional and cleaned up every evening, leaving no debris around the house. The outcome was outstanding. We were extremely impressed with the trim wrap around our soffits, fascia, window frames, and elsewhere. The house looks dramatically better and has solved a lot of issues that have long concerned my wife and me. We'd unreservedly recommend Stublen Roofing to others for their whole-house trim wrap needs.

If you keep a house long enough and we continue to endure storms you will need to replace the roof. If your looking for Excellen, good old fashioned quality work from a family business who is current, engaged, informative and will only provide quality materials. Go with Stublen Roofing!!! Of course, I rerached out to others for comparisions but if you know like I do, forget those roofing companies that show up in your town hoping to take over by offering so called specials they will cost you more in the long run. Trust your gut, I'm sure glad I did. Stublen would only approve quality materials. The crew provided professional customer service. The managers were honest and only made needed sugestions to complete the job. The price was definately fair, they work with insurance and will work with your pockets thru payment plans if needed, I was an out of town client and this family handled the job as if I was sitting out front from estimate to the final product. Many, many thanks to Stublen Roofing and the crew. Great professionalism, craftsmanship and final product. Matt came out, sat down with us and walked us through the whole process top to bottom which included material descriptions, usage, warranty, construction process and price. The price was ultra competitive and reasonable with the other 3 estimates/bids we got and they were done in one day. Even though they finished the job the first day, they came out 3 more times the next day to re-inspect their work and prior clean-up. We also went with Stublen because they are a family owned local business whose owner gave 30 years of public service to his community. We had our roof replaced by Stublen. I got quotes from the top 3 roofing companies on google reviews in the immediate area. They were all similar, but Stublen was the most competitive. They were fast to respond with an estimate, and we got on the schedule quickly after signing the contract. Everything was professional and quick. I think the entire process from the first email sent requesting an estimate to install day took 6-7 weeks. This also included a week or two for me to make a decision. Highly recommend this company for your roofing needs. We compared prices with three other roofing companies and Stublen provided the best value for our money. We needed to replace the roof on a property that we own in another state. Stublen Roofing worked with us to schedule a primary and weather back-up date that would allow us to travel and be there for the roof replacement. The team arrived on time and other than a lunch break worked non-stop until the project was complete. They did a thorough clean up afterwards and with the exception of our beautiful new roof, left the property looking like it did when they arrived.
