We have called Randy Howell for a couple of different issues, first a sagging gutter and then a roof leak. Both times Randy responded right away, quick turn around time and got the job done efficiently and effectively. We noticed the leak right before a heavy rain and Randy responded quickly, found the issue and fixed/ sealed other problem areas as well, which gave us peace of mind. I had a leak in my roof and I wasn’t positive where it came from. Randy came recommended so he came out and took a look and was able to identify the cause immediately. He replaced 3 vent flashings for me, 2 which had failed and one I asked him to do since it was the same age as the others. He was professional and easy to work with, and pricing was fair. With roofing issues you hope never to have to see someone again, but if I do I’ll call Randy again.

Randy did a thoroughly professional job on my roof. I needed a small repair-some shingles had blown off and others had become loose. He not only fixed that problem but when I asked for advice about my skylights, suggested what was needed to maintain them. He offered to clean off the build up of moss and leaves from the top side....a side I could not see from the ground. His pricing was fair and his workmanship gave me confidence. It was a short week between my call for a repair and its actuality.All in all, it was a good contractor experience. I highly recommend Randy.

I have a crappy roof. It has sprung leaks in various locations and I have to call Randy about every 2 years. He is always responsive, honest and reasonably priced. He knows what he is doing and I always have confidence that he'll find the problem and fix it. When the time comes to replace the whole roof he will be my first call.

Randy did a wonderful job repairing the roof. He came to replace a good amount of shingles that were wind damaged. He then found other problems that he fixed and informed me of some that I would need to keep an eye on. Then he lowered the price on his original quote, that was already lower than what you would get from other guys, all because it didn't take him as long as he thought it would.
