Needing new shingles and some roof repairs, Red Line Construction was recommended by a friend who had used them.Within a few days, Matt Dwyer was here assessing the scope of work, explaining what needed to be done, and emailing a quote.Monday, the Red Line Construction crew spent a long day doing the work agreed upon. The crew worked efficiently as a team removing the old shingles and damaged roof areas, replacing plywood, moving plumbing vents, installing a new skylight and, finally, the new shingles. Oh, and they were continuously removing debris throughout the day, leaving the yard as it was when they arrived. By days end, we had a beautiful new roof and, as promised, it matched the garage roof perfectly.I highly recommend Matt Dwyer and Red Line Construction. You will find Matt responsive, knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. The entire Red Line Construction team is professional, thorough, and willing to work. I can’t say enough good things about this company. They replaced my roof and did an excellent job. They cleaned everything up after they were done and my yard looked like nobody had been there. We had wind damage and called Matt Dwyer, with Redline Construction. He walked us through the process and continued helping even after the initial insurance denial. Our insurance company just wanted to repair certain shingles, which would not have worked. The insurance company also underbid two different aspects of the replacement and Matt worked to get everything covered. To be honest, he knew much more than the inspector and adjuster and I think most companies would have given up after the denial.Throghout the process, he either answered our calls immediately, or called back within an hour. The did an excellent job with cleanup and treated our property with care.He was just a good company to work with. This company is the best I could have asked for! The owner, Matt, is very knowledgeable and responsive. I called for a quote on a Friday, and he was here by Monday. He was able to get the entire roof replaced by my insurance carrier, saving me THOUSANDS of dollars out of pocket. The work started when he said it would, even with summer crazy summer weather. The crew was fast, efficient, and clean. My yard looks just as good as it did when they showed up. I can’t possibly recommend this company enough. Service was great and professional from start to finish. My roof was damaged beyond repair from a storm and needed to be replaced. Red Line Construction was quick to respond and had a very quick turn around in replacing the roof. They were informative and answered every question I had. Red Line was honest and never tried to upcharge me. Once they gave me the estimate that price never changed.I was especially impressed with the amount of detail and care they put into installing the roof, cleaning the gutters, caulking the chimney flashing, painting the vent stacks to match the roof, matching the drip edge to the color of the trim, and cleaning up after.Red Line Construction definitively went above and beyond my expectations.
