During the recent cold snap (-22° wind chills) our heat pump decided to stop working at 7pm the night before Christmas Eve. I have two small children and our emergency back up heat was not pushing heat out correctly either. It was quite stressful and scary. We contacted the company that installed our pump and that came for yearly maintenance just back in Oct. They told us it would be four days or we could pay an absurd amount for an emergency visit on a holiday with 0 empathy for our situation. We contacted about every other business within a 60 mile radius. No response or no help due to not being current customers. I was unaware of this business. Luckily they seen my post on social media and without hesitation came out in freezing temps, in the dark on Christmas Eve, & within no time fixed our issue with us not even home! The level of courtesy, care, knowledge, and professionalism was beyond more than we've recieved from anywhere else locally. I can't recommend them enough. If you are in search of truly professional and knowledgeable services, with people who genuinely care, I suggest this is who you contact! My children were able to have a Christmas because of the service and selflessness shown by thus company! Absolutely the best and most professional hvac services ever!! They were so dedicated to getting my entire system replaced. Replaced all my duct work, heat pump, and thermostat. We are so happy with their work!! And they have the most reasonable prices. We had several estimates and they were far below any of them, however their work far exceeded any expectations we had.
