I held discussions with numerous firms about finishing the water damage restoration on the other half of my basement, but your sales representatives, Brian and Melvin, were highly professional and offered a solution that no other company had. Instead of piers, which are 4-6' I-beams that take up floor space and are used to prevent an interior wall from moving in, they proposed a technique involving Carbon Fiber straps. These straps are permanently attached to the concrete walls and secured to the building joists' studs, and they're basically 1/8' thick. This was an outstanding solution to my problem.
