Highly recommend! BCR was very professional, thorough, and did quality work. They have great warranties with their work and products used, and I couldn’t be happier with the results from my new roof. It was all completed in a day, and the team was great about respecting the property and clean up. Ryan Jones was an amazing project lead and stayed with me through every step of the process, he even came and inspected work after it was all done and had some minor gutter issues fixed. He was extremely kind and answered all of my questions any time I needed him. Thanks Ryan and team!

Would never recommend this company to anybody after how they handle warranty claims and workmanship.Work was only done in September last year and the deck was damaged then warping beyond safety which was discussed with the sales agent and noticeable by the production manager 3 weeks ago when he came out. The production manager even said this should have been replaced and warranty would cover under labor as the deck is shot not just warped (this is only now 6 months later; the deck wouldn't have magically warped in that period). However, corporate office now wants to deny this claim and state I/my sales agent should have more clearly expressed in the contract that the deck in this specific area should have been replaced, they are just shy of outright blaming the sales guy but also just shifting it to be my issue so they don't have to fix this. Even a blind man could see the deck was rotten and damaged, yet they want to absolve themselves of responsibility and still keep me paying for what would be considered incomplete work.I'm sorry they have to rip off the shingles and do again but if it was done right the first time we wouldn't have this issue. Especially when I was in contact with the sales agent the whole day of install to make sure this area was specifically done and even pointed it out to the contractor and was assured by both it would be replaced. Why should I continue to pay for incomplete work that my insurance will flag again when inspected.Won't recommend this company to anybody ever again post how they are handling this.

Just completed contract with Best Choice Roofing. Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Sales team Max and Isaac were communicative, friendly, and very chill. First roof I ever saw replaced so had plenty of questions that they were happy to answer. Tara oversaw the project and made sure everything was quality. Definitely recommend!

I own a home in Chester, which is currently occupied by a wonderful tenant while my wife and I are out of state serving in the Military. It’s very hard to find good, reliable companies to repair and maintain our investment!I contacted Joseph after my tenant informed us that the roof appeared to be leaking, and he had a team out to inspect it the same day! Other companies couldn’t send anyone out for at least 2 weeks.Throughout the process, Best Choice Roofing was professional, prompt, clean, and affordable! They took the time to really help us with our needs one company quoted us 17,000 and best Roofing was able to help us file in an appropriate claim and get it down to just the $500 deductible and they did quality work. I’m not going to lie, I was skeptical about answering my Ring doorbell for Ryan while having strep throat but I’m glad I did! This turned out to be a legitimate company providing excellent customer service!!Ryan, our sales rep, has been professional, provided great customer service, and has been great explaining every step of the process for getting a new roof. Ryan is very down to earth, answered all of my husband and I questions, made the claim & approval process smooth, and I’m vouching for him to get an excellent bonus :)!!!!My husband and I can’t wait for our new roof for we have no doubts that the quality of the products & installation will be great and we highly recommend Best Choice Roofing!!After installation review:Our new roof looks really good! I knew I needed a new roof but wasn't sure I could afford new roof. Max was great! He inspected my roof took photos and explained all the good, bad and ugly. I had hail damage and 2 layers of shingles so he let me know I could use my homeowners insurance to cover costs, less my deductible. My agent came out agreed with Max! Max helped me pick through shingle colors and styles. And I got a new roof. They stuck to their time-frame and the work was completed in one day. Amazing job by Best Choice Roofing! Thanks also to Issac, Venisha and George. (A little side note:I had a co worker tell me that a roof company was in her neighborhood but they lied about what things would cost out of pocket)....so be sure to use BEST CHOICE ROOFING!They did everything they said, in writing, in the time scheduled. Best Choice Roofing did a wonderful job installing our new roof. General Manager, Charles Elliott, guided me through the entire process. Charles performed a complete inspection of the roof and was extremely knowledgeable of the roofing materials needed for our roof installation. Scheduling by Maranda was great. We had to rescheduled due to a rainy day, but Maranda rescheduled the job right away. Follow-up communication by Charles and Maranda was perfect. I knew the exact status of my upcoming installation at all times. The crew showed up on time, did a professional installation and clean up was exceptional. Ryan Jones with Best Choice Roofing (BCR) is the way to go if you need anything roofing related. We had storm damage on our roof and he worked directly with us and our insurance provider every step of the way to get the roof replaced. He came out and even met with the insurance inspector to cover what he was seeing. We got an upgraded shingle through BCR for free as well. Call these guys, they mean business!

This company is a scam. They take your insurance money. if they show up in your neighborhood DONT DO IT , they scammed my 70 year old mother. They show up with your insurance adjuster, and take all the money from your exterior repairs for $6000.00 roof. SCAM SCAM SCAM….. NO STAR SHOULD BE GIVEN BUT I CANT MOVE FORWARD WITHOUT ONE! They damaged her gutters, and bushes. Left nails in her driveway and yard. Nails are all over the inside of the roof, the Workmanship is VERY POOR. Customer service is not a priority!

My father and I were very impressed by the job done by Best Choice Roofing. We have a relatively sizable home, about 4,000+ square feet in Freeman, VA, and a rather large six-car garage behind it, and they completed BOTH of those roofs in ONE DAY'S TIME! Meticulously! They started at about 7:00 a.m. and finished before 7:30 pm, that same day; (Saturday 9-18-23) completely clearing all debris. They had to substitute a different color because the original color of the tiles were unavailable, but we ended up liking the color of the alternate tiles even better than the originals. My father and I were very, very satisfied with this roof installation. I spoke several times to someone in corporate office and the local office in reference a refund. I was told I would receive my full refund and it has been two weeks. I spoke with Sarah in account receivable after calling several time with no return call. She stated they would withhold money from my refund because Chris in the Richmond branch stated I found someone cheaper. That was not correct. The process has been two months without any communication on a date to get the job completed. No invoice was given, even though I requested one from beginning of process. I have not received one as of this date. I was told by Chris, he would return my call. I have not received a call as of this date. I believe this is a breach of contract on behalf of Best Choice Roofing and I am requesting my full refund as communicated to me. This service has been unprofessional and unacceptable. I was also told about employees business. I am requesting someone higher reach out to me from corporate.

I was going to give zero stars and no referrals due to the harsh treatment and bad customer service from the white guy that came to sign the completion papers and make sure the repairs where right. But he was very rude when asked about our deductible he got worse talking bad about the sales guy that originally started our contract and we did not like how he was talking about his coworkers and the guy that first came was very nice to us. So we was only going to give the rest of our money to the gentleman who started us out and it's only because of him that I am considering giving this 5 star rating only because he gave us the best service and communication every time we called him he answered whatever we needed. Thank you Damarus for your service. Please get yall someone else to collect money because the other guy ain't it.Thank you!
