We had a neighbor's washing machine overflow and put water in the ceiling. We contacted Heroes and within a few hours they were there to look over our apartment and set-up fans and dehumidifiers. They checked back in with us every few days and were flexible with our schedule when they could come back and check the ceiling condition and eventually remove the equipment. I don't remember all the employees names unfortunately, just one of them named Meagan, but everyone was very helpful and easy to work with!Service: Water damage-related cleanup & repair

Easy 5 star review. These guys were excellent. Professional, courteous, responsive, effecient and competent. I called a few places for estimates on some water damage I had in a carpeted living room. Heroes were by far the most responsive and helpful. They were able to do the inspection the same day I called (others took 5 days to even come out). Justin was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained the cleaning process. Also went over the pricing in detail to be sure I understood the quote before any work was started. The price was very fair for the work and value. They were able to start right away. They were very efficient and were in and out in no time. They stayed in touch via cell and text to be sure I was up to date on what was going on. Justin even encouraged me to follow up questions or concerns. I would recommend and use these guys again. I would recommend Heroes Restoration to anyone needing water damage clean-up. They were quick to respond to a roof leak which damaged a bedroom ceiling. The service technician was polite and thorough. I used this company about a month ago and they were amazing to work with. I had an issue with water coming through my shower and into my closet. I had two different companies do terrible patch jobs before heroes came out and discovered the root of the problem immediately. They were able to repair my tub, tile and the damage in my closet way quicker than I thought. Heroes treated my job as an assembly line fix. They were curt, gave no details of their work, and then left behind a huge mess.Because of all this I was suspicious about the quality of their work, so I called in another company, who confirmed with pictures and video that Heroes had left behind a whole lot of mold, and barely done any work at all. The other company promptly fixed the issue in only 15 minutes, which only highlights how completely incompetent Heroes is, as they were here for days.AVOID this company! Tremendously disappointing. I called after a pipe burst in the crawl space beneath my house on Tuesday. They were tied up on another job but asked if they could come out on Thursday to give me an estimate for water damage cleanup services. Not ideal because I was concerned about mold growing, but sure, Thursday is fine.On Thursday, a tech came out and was great - very pleasant. He assured me he would send me a quote on Friday or Monday.Well Friday and Monday came and went. I figure I’ll give them an extra day’s grace, but at this point I’m getting pretty concerned about mold growing so today I call back to follow up on the estimate, only to be told that now their schedule is too busy and they can’t take the job.Okay? Maybe you should have called and told me that so I could have had another company come out to look at the issue. It’s been over a week since the incident occurred now and I’ve been sitting on it waiting for these folks to get back to me with a quote. Now I’m back to square one.Ridiculous. I don’t know how their actual services are and now I guess I’ll never find out since they can’t be bothered to follow up or follow through. Extremely disappointing.

We want to express our gratitude and thanks to Tony Hutchinson and his colleagues at Heroes Restoration for a job well done. We were particularly impressed by HR’s speed and thoroughness in attending to our water leak. Within minutes of receiving the emergency call, they removed all standing water, damaged flooring and soiled area rugs from our basement. They cleaned and promptly set up dehumidifiers and fans, which remained onsite for 4 days to remove any residual moisture and odor. I called heroes on the weekend due to a water leak in my ceiling, and they responded that day. When other companies were charging extra fees or unavailable to do an estimate. David came out to inspect the issue, he took pictures and was professional. The gentleman that actually did the mitigation was Sam and he too was professional and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied with the process. We had a water leak on our second floor and leaked through to the first floor on a Saturday. Once called the Heroes rep arrived within a few short hours and immediately got to work mitigating damage. They helped us coordinate with insurance making a first time occurance much easier on us. They were professional and friendly at every interaction throughout the process. Very pleased with their performance. Would recommend if you ever need water damage mitigation and repair.

We used them for water damage remediation in our crawl spaces. Highly qualified; very professional. I felt very confident that the scope of work was what was needed to fix our problems - not too much; not too little. They remained in constant communication before and during the work so we knew what to expect, including knowing when we had to be out of the house when chemical treatments were happening. They also remained responsive after the work was completed, providing requested documentation we needed for third parties. Highly recommended!

We called Heroes to help with the water damage after in wall leaky pipes. They came out and went through exactly what they were going to do. We had fans going to dry out the walls, floor and crawl space. Tony came today to remove all the fans and do the final check. My inspection was the most thorough of three bids/vendors onsite. Avi, was fantastic and provided exceptional customer service and his knowledge was unprecedented in the field! He took his time, pointed out all areas of possible water intrusion and noticed sinking floorboards! I had an extraordinarily difficult case and I even found an additional expert that I wouldn't have been able to find without Hereo's referral.
