We had lived in our home for over 23 years and much of the siding was falling apart due to normal wear and tear and an unwanted woodpecker. It really looked terrible in a couple of places and we were fortunate to have answered the door and spoken with Emily from Paramount Builders who showed us what they could offer us and how they could make it affordable! She went over colors, processes and financial plans until she came up with one that met our budget. The workers were prompt and worked hard all day to do a beautiful job on our home. We are so happy and would recommend Paramount to anyone needing a beautiful siding job for an affordable price.

Cole Nuckols was the most professional and knowledgeable of Paramount Builders. He was always available when we needed a question answered. He went above and beyond through the whole process. From start to finish he explained to us all of the stages and what to expect in the end.He is to be commended for his Customer Service.

Absolutely 100% would never have work done by this company!The salesman ryan showed up 30 mins late, was very very pushy if we didn't agree today pricing would change yet no pricing had even been discussed at that point, put words in my mouth when speaking to my Fiancée, evasive of pricing questions, showed warranty information on a gallery from his iPad which was cleary taken from a computer screen (shady), made a comment of $20k wouldnt come close to putting siding on my home and when asked to leave refused to leave my home stating he had to "call his boss". I had to get very loud stating "no what you need to do is pack up and leave my residence now!" Before he would finally agree to leave. This is not how you do business at all.

The salesman Steve was great & responsive however the project manager John was horrible about returning my calls and I have been asking for an itemized receipt for over a month now and still do not have it! The roof job looks great as it should for $36000 on a small brick rambler.

The workers did a good job on replacing the two windows for the living room and bedroom as well as the gutters for the front of the house. I will use them again to replace the roof and the sidings in the near future. From the first contact with their canvasser, to the appointment made the same day with David (salesman) , to the custom ordering of the windows to Karlie setting us up with an appointment that worked with our schedule for installation, it went better than expected! Each member walked us through the process and stayed in communication with us! Joseph (crew) along with his assistant were very courteous and he answered all of our questions. I contracted with Paramount Builders to have vinyl soffit installed and all wood around the windows, doors, frieze board, roof rake boards, house corner boards and fascia boards wrapped in vinyl trim. I also had all new guttering installed. The Ellis Brothers crew that did the soffit and trim work were great; professional, courteous and on schedule. The Paramount Buiders crew that did the gutter work were also top notch. I am very pleased with both the workmanship and appearance of everything that was done.

The gentleman Mr Cole Nuckols that came out to give us our estimate was very professional and friendly explained everything well and showed the difference in materials very well they did our roof a couple of years ago and did an awesome job so we went back through them again for our siding to our house will post before and after pictures when completed

STAY AWAY! AWFUL COMPANY. ONLY TWO WORKERS THE WHOLE TIME. NOONE SPEAKS ENGLISH. THEY BROKE OUR WATER LINE AND WE DIDNT HAVE WATER FOR 5 HOURS. SCREWS LEFT ALL OVER PORCH. STYROFOAM LEFT ALL OVER YARD. TRASH LEFT FROM CONTRACTORS. BROKEN FRONT PORCH LIGHT AND DOORBELL.We had one of the "bosses" come out and he seemed to be outraged from the work as well and promised they would be out to fix all the issues. My window installation completed yesterday and I'm really impressed with the product and installation. The windows insulate very well -- my heat doesn't come on as much and I notice that outside sounds go away when I close the window.My new windows operate easily and have two sets of locks -- fully closed and about 4.5" open. I love to get fresh air without fuss, so these are perfect. They are also seriously UV blocking, so my guest bedroom with the south-facing bay window won't become an oven in the summer.The installation was smooth and professional. The crew was polite and careful, keeping me informed as they went. They did an excellent job, repairing a bit of rot and making sure everything was insulated and water tight. They didn't gag when they pulled my washer out from the wall, and gave me time to clean the horrifying sight while they worked on something else. They even treated my flower beds with care.We had one miscommunication during the installation about the roof on the bay window, but the installer and the company actually listened to me and worked things out to my satisfaction. I appreciate them working with me to make things right.I only gave them a 4 rating because these windows are quite expensive and because some miscommunication could have been avoided. On the other hand, I'm confident that my new windows will be efficient, snug and functional for decades to come.Service: Window installation

Don't call them. They upsale you on everything, recommend unnecessary products and bid $9000 more than other companies.. ridiculous. Plus, they call you to hassle about making the purchase. If you enjoy going to a car dealership then use them... They will call their manager to discuss a "one time deal".. If you don't agree the day of the sale then they will call you and have a manager come by to remeasure... Nope

I saw Paramount Builders commercial on TV and decided to give then a call. It was easy to schedule an appointment and they sent their representative Matt to my house the following morning. He was very informative about the siding products and installation. They seemed like a trustworthy company so I decided to give them a shot. It took a bit to get the siding in which is the norm in today's world but I can honestly say they delivered exceptionally on every promise they made. I love the look of my new house along with how insulated and energy efficient it is with their siding. Thank you for everything Paramount I would recommend you to anyone!
