Found promac via their website which looked ok. Jon contacted to arrange quote, turned up in clean van with promac insignia, and presented ok. Talked the job and negotiated what sounded ok price if he had done what he promised. With us less than an hour, he supposedly identified other roof problems (out of sight to us, but promised a video), and a rainfall that night showed gutter joints still leaking. Failed to return and fix it, will not answer texts or email and video still awaited.

I worked here. Love these guys. The boss is no nonsense, but the most caring person I've ever had the pleasure of ever knowing. I only had to leave because of a non-related illness that put me on the path to disability.
