Retex roofing is phenomenal. After receiving estimates from 5 different window and siding companies I went w/ Retex due to their 5 star review on Google and they did not disappoint. Mark in sales was very informative and helpful with any and all things throughout the entire process. Mark the project manager made sure everything went smoothly during the entire project. The workers were very courteous and did excellent work. Retex provides high quality products and high quality work. When the owner, Josh came to measure my windows he helped me design my large picture window and it looks awesome. Throughout the project Mark took pictures and posted online so I was able to see the progress of my project (even during times I was at work). When my project was complete Mark did a final walk through to answer all my questions and make sure everything was perfect. This company exceeds 5 stars, I would give them 10!! And an added bonus- one week after my project was complete on a Saturday night we had a limb come through our roof during a rain storm. I contacted Mark that evening, he provided an estimate within minutes and the repair was completed within a couple days. I just can’t say enough good things!

We used Retex to replace the siding on our home, and we are beyond happy with the results! Our situation was very unique in that it was a siding warranty replacement, approved due to defective siding from the manufacturer of the siding that was originally installed on the home when built. Everyone on the staff was extremely professional, and had excellent communication with us and the siding manufacturer throughout the project. We had to obtain 3 estimates from different companies, and Retex was the most accurate and fair estimate, verified by our builder and approved by the manufacturer. Both the estimator, and the owner, took the time to ensure that their estimate included exactly what the manufacturer needed, and they even contacted them directly to ensure accuracy. The project manager met with me during and after completion of the project to ensure satisfaction, and the team that did the replacement were quick efficient and very professional. Not only were they professional, they were all nice! As simple as that sounds, a few companies refused to even come out to give estimates due to the parameters set by the warranty approval. Not only were they not deterred, they “cared” to help us and went above and beyond in working with the manufacturer which was more than we could have asked for in customer care! We highly recommend Retex! We love how the new siding looks!

Really impressed by Retex from start to finish on our whole house window replacement. The crew worked 10.5 hours on day 1 to make sure all windows were secured prior to finishing them the next day. Excellent communication from the sales and project manager folks as well, plus they’re both named Mark, which makes it easy to remember! Great pricing and quality of work. I’ve worked with a number of contractors so I don’t say that lightly. Extremely well run operation.

I met a Retex sales associate at a networking meeting as I was just starting my own handyman/woodworking business. I called Retex Roofing & Exteriors and spoke with Iris! I called due to my 96 year old Grandmothers bedroom ceiling falling through (not to mention this all happened on her 96 birthday) :( due to a leaking roof, so needless to say we were frantic in finding a roofing company. I went to the Better Business Bureau website and found that Retex Roofing had a A+ rating and excellent reviews! I'm so happy that I called, they were professional, polite and promt and they also showed great empathy to my Grandmother and our situation. They were just overall what you hope to expect when you call someone for help! They were able to come out right away and we met with John! We were giving an estimate for a brand new roof that day, because basically it was time for a new roof, repairing it would have led to more issues in the future. They also were able to start that same week and we were informed of the process every step of the way by Josh! Who sent me pictures and a video of the roof while work was in progress. I really liked that feature! The roof was completed and what an excellent job from start to finish! If your in need for a roofing team please don't hesitate to call Retex Roofing and Exteriors!

I highly recommend Retex if you need anything done with your roof. They are not pushy at all, competitively priced, and focused more on helping you make the smartest decision for your situation as opposed to getting the biggest job. Rather than jumping to a full roof replacement, Mark took the time to identify the issues (drone pics and all) and I was able to extend the life of my roof rather than replace it right away. The guys who came out to fix the roof were great and took "after" pics so I could compare to the "before" pics. I can't say enough about the excellent customer service. When it does come time to replace my roof, I'll definitely be calling Retex!

I submitted a request for a quote from Retex after a roof leak made itself apparent during a Sunday rainstorm in December 2023.Retex reached back out to me very quickly, and was out to examine the roof by Tuesday morning. The salesperson, Mark, spent an hour at my house, on the roof, examining problem spots (including more than just the leak), and patiently answering the many questions I threw at him. At no point did he try to sell me a whole new roof, even though my roof does have some age.The quote came through Tuesday afternoon, and I got on their schedule pretty quickly - they were able to send a team out by the next Thursday. The team ran into a couple unexpected issues - the roof was too icy, so they had to move me to an afternoon appointment; they had to replace more plywood than expected. However, in each case, I was informed very quickly. The team onsite was professional and worked quickly. They looked at another potential problem area for me, and cleaned everything on their way out. They also took pictures throughout the process and uploaded them to a shared site, so I could monitor progress and see they had done what the quote called for.I also waited to submit this review until it had rained a few times - the leak has not reappeared!Retex is not the lowest cost provider, but I very much appreciated their responsiveness, professionalism, patience (I ask a lot of questions), and the quality of their work. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Had a couple jobs done. I should have asked more questions about the various quotes. I was a little upset after having one leak fixed to having another leak spring up a couple of weeks after the work was done. I told the guy I wanted to have stuff done so they didn’t have to come out for a third time in the same year. I guess I didn’t select the right quote option because they seemed to have only fixed the leak. Now I have to find another company to take come and inspect. Not thrilled.Retex is quick to get to work and slow to Billie send pictures which I found a little frustrating. Everyone there seemed nice and professional. Would recommend maybe expressing needs more clearly than I did and maybe having someone walk through the quotes after receiving them.

If you want to work with a contractor who under promises & over delivers choose Retex. Local company. I called them for an estimate when i was looking for a roofing contractor. They scheduled an appointment, came promptly, low pressure, estimate was right on target for what i was looking for (metal roof, but they do all kinda of roofs). Work was completed efficiently, the crew was incredibly courteous, cleaned up. Total cost of the job even came in under the estimate. My contact Josh was amazing, stayed in contact with me from estimate to final payment. I can’t say enough positive things about this company. Discovered a significant roof leak during the evening of a tropical storm. Same evening I dialed 8 different roof companies across the area looking to get the ball rolling. John with Retex was not just the only one to call back, but did so on a Saturday evening within an hour of my initial call.They sent Andy out for an initial inspection and estimate beginning of that week. He was great to work with and was thorough. Quote came under an hour after and was reasonable/competitive. Job was scheduled same day and work began by the end of that week.Crew arrived exactly when they were scheduled to and worked hard, they were great to work with as well. They were thorough and discovered another leak and rotted section of wood in an area we decided to do some preventative maintenance. Didn't trip them up, they had additional materials on-hand and work was completed same day.Between John, Andy, Iris in the office and the crew in the field...nothing but good things to say about Retex, they will be my go-to contractor for roof inspection, repairs and replacement moving forward. We recently bought a home and we weren’t sure if there were ongoing leaks. Retex came out inspected the roof and made recommendations. We opted to install gutters and replace an old skylight. Retex gave me a quick estimate and we were available to get this scheduled quickly. They showed up on time. I couldn’t be home, but they were quick to call/text me about small issues that came up during installation. Sent pictures and resolved them in an aesthetically pleasing way. The black seamless gutters look great. The punctuality and constant communication was greatly appreciated. We just purchased our first home and less than 2 months in we had a leak into the house. Called Retex and Mark came out the same day to access the damage and determine a course of action. During this time they also had so many contacts to work with to address damage outside of their scope of work. They addressed every single concern we had with immediate responses. Being a new homeowner this large and serious of a problem was so scary. But having Mark and his team there made all of our fears subside and they were so supportive and communicative the whole process through! They even reached out a month after the job was done because it has rained a couple of days and he wanted to make sure everything was ok! We have learned a lot through this process and certainly Retex has gained lifetime customers! Hoping we won't have to see them that often though! So thankful to Andy at Retex. He came out quickly to try to figure out our leak problem. He figured out that there was an error during installment so it was covered under our builder's warranty. Retex roofing recently replaced my old slate roof from 1927. The professionalism, timeliness, and accommodating nature of every person I interacted with at the company was fantastic. There were several unique components of my roof replacement and they were extremely helpful working through kinks and even taking on extra headache for me.
