I had a great experience with Revival Restoration. My situation required patience from all because it was an insurance claim and the back and forth with adjusters was a little lengthy but Steve educated me and encouraged me through it all. I really appreciated that because I was ready to give up but Steve had a positive attitude and knows his stuff. He does this every day. I don’t, so it behooved me to listen to the professional. Thanks, Steve! You and your guys did a great job replacing my roof and helping me through the process. I really appreciate the excellent service in a time when I just don’t expect A1 service anymore but you guys have given me hope that there is still good customer service out there!

A big thank you to this company. In 2020 our siding was worn (original seller) and had tremendous storm damage. Piggy backing off a neighbor that just signed on for siding work, we decided to take a leap. Whoa! What a great feeling! We never felt pressured. Steve was patient and well informed. We had been presented with many offers but never really looked into them. If anything it was was pretty easy. We even found out that it would be handled by our insurance company. Good afternoon, to all my friends, Facebook friends, Google friends. I was a Bless to hear about this roofing company, Revival Restoration LLC, Unfortunately our church located in Petersburg Virginia.Refuge Temple COOLJC.Has some roofing problem this past year losing shingles from the roof time to time: the insurance companies, andAdjusters was not giving us satisfaction concerning our claims . A few days later, a rain storm calls more roofing damage and rain damage to the church ,and I call three Roofing companies. and unfortunately, these companies cannot stop to see how damage when we call but thank God for Revivals Restoration LLC. they answer the call when we need someone to come and put the canvas on top of the roof due to rain was coming inside the building within 24 hours and was able to work for us with insurance company to get us a brand new roof replace damage inside, the church at a brain brand new gutter system. which would’ve cost about $52,000 if we had to come out of pocket so we take this time to think you guys for all the work that you have done for the House of God especially you Steve. My wife and I had wind and hail damage to our home.my Insurance provider informed us that they would cover one quarter of our home per the Inspection,conducted by their Inspector. I noticed revival restoration signs throughput the neighborhood. We called and spoke with Mr Burton.who came out, Our home was reinspected by revival and my Insurance company. Our home was completely covered with new sidings to Include window screens,electrical outlets, vents and out side light fixtures. Very happy customer

Revival Restoration:They replaced Vinyl siding, the trim and down spouts. All were taken off and replaced. The color I wanted was available. They removed all trash, a good cleanup job. I really like my house. It looks new. They did a super job , I would recommend them.

you need to stop sending people to my house to solicit me. I have told yall SO MANY times to stop coming. This is insanely unprofessional and when the time comes to get my roof done I will definitely avoid calling you. Congrats on losing a potential customer.Not to mention the way your door-to-door salesmen describe it makes it sound like insurance fraud. Leave us alone.
