We had our dream master bathroom renovation. Mike’s plumber, tilers, electrician, drywallers, and painters were all extremely professional and skilled. Mike was communicative throughout and very accessible, walking us through the whole process, from picking out tile with us at the beginning to installing the last few fixtures at the end. I am a repeat customer of Serenity Contracting for painting services. Serenity painted my two-story foyer and two-story family room including a dual staircase and loft area. They patched, primed and painted in a quick and efficient manner - never leaving a mess overnight. They uninstalled and reinstalled my draperies which hung two stories in the family room also offering to clean them. They started on time and completed on time. Finished product was fabulous. Representative came out to look at work I wanted done and promised to follow up and send me an estimate. I have called and texted and checked my email and waited weeks with no reply. Human decency would think a courtesy call, text or email to say not interested would be part of business practice. Pictures look like other people have been able to get work done but I wasn't deserving of even an acknowledgement. My time valuable too. I wouldn't have asked to meet if I wasn't serious
