They are amazing! We had a full replacement from metal to shingle on a house build in 1928. (Loads of rotten wood!) Austin was patient, helpful and beyond great when it came to answering all of my questions. His communication is top notch and that's even with a major holiday falling on our scheduling days. The actual team Aaron and Ariel were great. They are fast, efficient and very sweet. They even humored my son when he HAD to bring them all coffee and doughnuts first thing in the morning. I will be giving their number to any and all people I meet who might need a roof.

These guys are fantastic! We had a tricky leak that was hard to find and they did not give up until they figured out the problem. They worked to fix the broken slate the same day they found it, which was incredible. Starting with the estimate, all the way to the final inspection SlopePro was extremely professional, courteous and friendly as well as they do great work!!!I had asked for several different estimates due to the size and age of our home (built in 1910). I really thought the entire job would bust our budget. In the end we had the entire roof replaced.The start of the job was delayed by rain for 2 days but the crew arrived as promised and the work went smoothly from that point on. The workers were on itime each day and extremely courteous and worked until evening each day.Any and all questions I had during the job were answered quickly.As the job came to a close, all my concerns were taken care of. Justin, Alden, Aaron and Henry were the best.Our house required a new roof but before the roof could be replaced our front porch needed structural repairs, rafters needed replacing. Before we called SlopePro we had multiple roofers come out and not one wanted to do the front porch repairs, they all said it was beyond their skill level, in addition we wanted blue shingles to match garage and shed roofs and they all said, "well if we can get them, but you might have to go with a different color if blue is not available.Justin was our first contact with SlopePro, and when he saw what was involved with the front porch repairs he had Alden come out to take a look. Alden said, "we can fix that, no problem!" and when I said I would like blue shingles Alden said might take a bit longer to get blue in but I can definitely do blue shingles for you.They all did a terrific job, very attentive, followed up on any of our questions, we can't say enough good about Justin, Alden, Aaron, Henry and crew. About 12 shingles had blown off of my roof. After getting a few estimates I decided to hire SlopePro. The Roofing Representative, Justin, did a wonderful job explaining who what when where and why. I had a roofing job done by another firm in Richmond, probably 12 years ago. I started getting leaks around my plumbing vent pipes and my bathroom ventilator exhaust. This was because they left the old flashing and fixtures. The firm that did my roof, twelve years ago, charged me 400 bucks to repair, then I had another leak and they estimated another 400 dollars more. This was all because of stuff they did not replace when re-roofing. They told me that they did not usually replace stuff like that unless the owner asks them to.I attempted to work with them, and they were not responsive, so I called Slope Pro. The rep was pleasant/professional enough. He came back with two estimates - one that should be good for the next 15 years and the other for the next 30. He also pointed out that my chimney flashing needed some attention, so he had an order to fix that too.I selected the 15 year estimate. They came out and fixed it for me.This work was done a few months ago. I waited to do the review to see if my problems were fixed and they were - so I reviewed.I would recommend Slope Pro. My experience with SlopePro was great from beginning to end. I contacted them via Thumbtack when I started having leaks in my split level home late one night during one of the recent snow storms we had. Justin from SlopePro came out the very next day to perform an inspection of our roof. He clearly and throughly pointed out various issues with our roof and included pictures so we’d have a better understanding of the issues. We were presented with multiple options to fix the problems or replace the entire roof. We thought the price for replacing the roof was really good and went with that option.Within about two weeks, SlopePro arrived to replace the roof. Justin kept us well informed and frequently updated us of the progress, always asking if we had any questions. We could truly relax (or in our case, work from home) and let the professionals do what they do best. The entire roof install was done in 2 days. I would highly recommend SlopePro for your roofing needs of you want a professional, customer centric experience.
