Scott the project manager was incredibly attentive and engaged, and Chad and Rusty (bathroom reno) are solid, friendly guys who know what they are doing. End result of all the projects were top notch, and found creative solutions for our old quirky house.

After receiving an estimate from another company that did not respond to my calls or emails, and two others that were high pressure sales pitches and way overpriced for the hype, I called Tredegar. I had observed their work at a neighbor's house. His career has been in construction and was impressed with their attention to detail and personal interaction while on site. I expected a three-four month delay as was typical during covid, so I got the ball rolling in February, but they were ready to fit me in their scheduling within weeks. The estimate was fair for the quality of shingles and gutters I ordered and their terms of payment were very accommodating. Each team member that contacted me during the contract and scheduling stage were friendly and answered every question I had. They were willing to flex their schedule to fit my being home to observe the process.I appreciated the care taken during the tear off process, showing me needed areas of repair, and were willing to give advice how to save on the install process without cutting corners and still fit within my budget. They gave an honest evaluation of repairs on non-roof structures and outbuildings that could be delayed or be accomplished through a different contractor's specialty.The matching of underlayment, ice shield, and flashing material that fit the specifications of the shingles used to enhance the manufactures warranty gave me extra confidence. The installation process, using five nails per shingle, and installing quality ridge vents was all better than the original roof.I couldn't be happier with the pre and post inspection process and interaction with staff during the entire process.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

We had some unusual issues that come with a roof on a 100 year old house. The team at Tredegar gave expert advice and did an excellent job. Company owner Johnny Oglers was onsite throughout the installation of our new roof and kept us fully up to date everyday on the progress on the work. Field Superintendent Scott Sanchez was also onsite throughout the job and kept the crew motivated and informed.Taking the roof off your house is a very serious and challenging thing for a homeowner, you want a company like Tredegar to make it as painless as possible.

We had a great experience working with Tredegar. Brendan helped problem solve some of the issues we were having with our home, gave a fair and honest assessment, and even referred out to other professionals to address some specific problems. Tredegar ultimately removed our chimney, patched the roof, and replaced our gutters. The roofing and gutter crews worked efficiently and did excellent work. I hired Tredegar Contruction because of the great job they did on my parents' home a couple of years ago. I hired them to do the shingles, windows, siding, and gutters on my house and small shed. They also handled some personal touches I wanted around the house also. The employees were all highly skilled at where jobs. They made sure my home was kelp safe and well cleaned after every workday. Scott Sanchez did a great job keeping me informed about what was happening each day and over-seeing the work crew. Scott also was the man that took that first walk around the house to see what I was looking for and he had lots of good ideas that I liked. With Scott in charge of the job I had no worries at all. My home looks great and I'm very happy with the money I spent.

This was our second time using Tredegar for projects on our home, and it will not be the last. We continue to go back to Tredegar because they are upfront about everything that goes into a work order and will always give honest guidance that helps you achieve your vision for the job. They are punctual and communicative every step of the way.For this job they re-did our roof on our shed that was in poor condition and was leaking water into our shed. They replaced the decking underneath and put the new roof on and installed a drip edge all in half of a day. The site was left clean and we were left happy with our brand new roof at a very fair price. I cannot recommend Tredegar enough.

Tredegar Construction replaced our roof, siding, and windows and the overall experience was outstanding from start to finish. They were neither the most expensive nor the least expensive quote that we received for the job, but the level of comfortability that my wife and I felt in talking with Jack and his team put Tredegar over the top when choosing a company. They made us feel secure in knowing that the project would get done right, on time, and within budget. Any question we had was answered immediately and in a way that laymen like us could understand. During construction, they asked if they were in the way, asked if they could work on a Saturday to catch up from rain, and cleaned up every nite to the point that it looked like they were finished. Seth the project manager was never hesitant to take a walk around the house with us to show us the progress and answer the many questions that we had. Even revising certain details and elements of the original project was not a problem, they made sure we were happy with every little detail. We have gotten nothing but compliments from our neighbors, and we would without a doubt recommend Tredegar Construction to anyone looking for exterior home renovations.

Tredegar was easy to work with, did a great job, and was reasonably priced. They were very transparent about the knowns and unknowns of our siding repair project, which made the process much less stressful when there was (surprise!) more damage than visible beneath the rotted siding. From the very first phone call to the dropping off the payment, Tredegear Construction provided top notch service. I literally gave them the keys to my home after the second day and went to work because I knew Scott and the rest of the crew could be trusted. What Tredegar Construction didn't know was my father was a General Contractor owning a commercial construction company for over thirty years. I was raised on a constructions site. We are so pleased with the work Tredegar Construction recently completed replacing all of the siding on our house to Hardie plank. Throughout the entire process they took to our specific concerns and suggested improvements. Jack listened and answered so many questions so we were able to understand exactly what was being done. He helped tailor our quote to fit our budget while also fixing all the must dos. The crew who worked on our house were very talented. Everyday they left our house clean and safe which was important with a little toddler and dog. As with most old houses other problems were discovered along the way. Tredegar worked to get their plumbers and electricians out to repair and stay on track. Tredegar took the time to make sure everything done on our house was perfect. We have received many compliments on the work done on our house. We will definitely use Tredegar for future projects.

Bryan came out and quoted three different jobs at my house, but I decided to only have Tredegar replace my shutters. However, I wish I had gone with them on the other jobs. Scott handled my project and Darwin did the install. Scott made sure the shutters were perfect, double checking sizing and making sure caulk on some exposed holes matched the siding. Darwin, not only installed the shutters, but he noticed some nails in the roof shingles and caulked them, and unlike the other contractors I had over, didn't leave a mess. Even after they were paid, Bryan brought over the shutter color samples again so we could match to paint for our front door!

I had a really good experience with the work the team did on my house and garage. They removed my old siding on both garage and house, repaired some damaged wood in various areas, rewrapped all my doors and windows, installed new shingles and a ridge vent on the roof of the garage, and installed gutters on both the house and garage. I was amazed at how fast and professional the job went. They contacted me before each part of the job was done and kept me updated on everything. I had Tredegar come out to replace 7 windows in my 100 year old house. They did a great job of providing windows that fit with the look of the house (including two VERY large windows on the first floor). The price for the windows and installation was very reasonable, and everything was installed in 2 days (would have been one day if not for a single, stubborn window on the 3rd floor). Everything looks great and I'd recommend them for any window installation job.

We were quickly added to the schedule to discuss the job and get an estimate. I used Tredegar to remove old insulation and replace it with new blown in insulation. I also had some gutters installed on the house. Tredegar was great, from the quote and sale process, to the actual project. The project manager was on top of his game and everything went as predicted. My energy costs have gone down dramatically.
