The best thing about Window World windows, in my experience was my installer, Tyler. He was on time every morning and called when he was on his way. On Feb. 27th and 28th He removed and installed over 20 windows at my home in two days. He was meticulous when caulking and wrapping the windows. They look great.He cleaned and vacuumed during the install. He was polite and informative with any questions I had during the process. He is definitely top-notch. I work in the construction industry myself and was very impressed with this young man. ( and his helper Kaleb)My salesman Nick was knowledgeable and found ways for me to reduce the number of windows by installing bigger ones in certain areas. It saved me money and looks much nicer.When I noticed that one window had a tiny crack during the install he quickly ordered the replacement and Tyler came to install it within about a week.My only complaint is with a slider window I had installed in my kitchen. The screen doesn’t cover the whole area as I thought and the screen itself only has one edge in which to slide it back and forth. It actually fell out today when I was sliding it to the other side! There is no way to get it back in from the inside of my house. So I’ll need a ladder to do that from the outside. Nick said he ordered me the whole screen to cover the entire area so the window can slide open on both sides and still have screen protection. I’m waiting for that. It’s been two weeks, so I imagine it will arrive any day now.I’ll come back to update this review once I get the screen.

The process was super easy. Tyler and David arrived on time and had the project knocked out quick. Tyler was knowledgeable in his craft and was able to answer all our questions and even gave us a quick demonstration of how to open the window for cleaning.

I had a sliding glass door installed and I had a very positive experience. The sales specialist provided detailed information and a demo about the products and a timeline of when the product would be arrive. I scheduled an install date that worked for my schedule and the installers arrived promptly at 8am. The installer Rahul discussed the process before beginning the work and after the sliding door was installed showed me how to operate the new sliding glass door. The installation team was very professional and cleaned up quickly. I am very happy with the beautiful appearance of my new sliding glass door and the quality and customer service of Window World..

Christina did a great job of giving a thorough estimate and a great price. She was pleasant, on time, and responsive. The windows came in within a month. The installation of 19 windows took less than 4 hours and there was no mess to clean up. The crew was polite and timely. We had a warranty issue with one of our front porch post, Called spoke to Naudia she was very professional and helpful directed me to Dylan who advised he had looked at photos. We discussed the problem he advised he would be sending us a representative to take care of the problem.One the day of appointment Tyler showed up on time, this means a lot to me ,I was in business for over 36 years dealing with consumers. He explain the process of dealing with the post. Promptly fixed it and cleaned up. Tyler was very professional and knew his job.On a foot note the problem we had was not in my opinion the result of anything Window World did. If you ever call window world for windows ask for Paul to come out to do the estimate and for Tyler to do the install. They truly are the dream team. So nice and so professional I can not say enough amazing things about the both of them . The windows are great also but customer service with them both will be the reason I refer them to everyone 😊

I think it would be impossible to feel better about my windows and the whole process. Paul our sales representative was honestly what originally sold me through his honest approach and fast response. I originally wanted just the windows to install myself. But the price and professionalism of Paul led me to get them to do it all. So glad I did . It was 26 windows done in one day. We had a gas leak when the installers arrived. They helped us with that and got right to the windows. Taking what could have been a terrible situation into a smooth transition. The installers where on time on the day they where supposed to come . The work is top notch. Owning a business myself I appreciate and value the way they operate. I needed a 15 windows , a couple of doors and siding at a home I purchased last fall. Nick ( salesman ) came out and was extremely knowledgeable. He has been with Window World for over 10 years. He walked us through all the options and products. We decided to go with Window World because Nick represented the Company with honesty and integrity. The installers were incredible. They also had been with the company for 15 years. In my opinion when employees are so dedicated to a company that says alot about that company. There follow up service regarding warranty repair is lacking . I was told I would have to be available at my house for an 8 hours “window”for them to show up and do 5 minute warrant repair . The person I spoke with was Rachel and she refused to speak with the manager to address this issue .

We had a sliding glass and an entry door installed. The team of four showed up and the team lead went over the project installation process and check all of the dimensions of the old doors to verify the product they brought were correct before they started the job. The were extremely professional and courteous. We are so pleased with the whole experience and the two doors we have. We will definitely spread the word that window world is a company you really want to consider while shopping for doors and windows.

Nick was my salesman and answered all my questions (good or bad, I ask a lot).The price was good and the guarantee is great. Not that happy with their customer service, the sales person conveyed a lot of confidence and was very good at selling. They did a full window replacement on my house, all the windows and a sliding door. The windows they use are smaller than you would expect, they have very large frames and small windows. As a result the window opening is reduced compared to the original window, the sales person doesn't explain this when selling; the impression you get is you'll get the exact same size window only newer and better. Maybe they don't know the difference.The same thing happened with the sliding door, aside from them bringing the wrong door initially and having it open to the wrong side for a month or so. The new door opening ended up being smaller than the door that was there and as it turns out my fathers wheel chair did not fit through the new door. After discussing other options the only viable alternative was to widen the door opening to fit a bigger door, that would've ended up being very costly since it would get into structural electrical work that we could not afford. So we ended up accepting the door and having him go through the burden of standing up out of the wheel chair to get in and out of the house.Other small details are about half of the screens don't really lock easily when opened and closed, that's not a huge deal since we don't open the windows often but you would expect these would operate properly on new windows. And small things like a threshold on the new door, the foot lock that was part of the deal was not brought the first, second or third time. They are scheduled to come back in a few weeks, lets see if they bring the correct one.Overall the product is not bad, the overselling is the problem. There are pros and cons to everything and the cons are not laid out during the sale. Below are some pictures of how they fit the sliding door and left no threshold.

From the beginning, Paul was very professional:,not pushy, during the estimate process for new windows. They don’t give you this huge figure and try to lock you in (today only) for a “lowered price”. I’m so thankful we called them for a second estimate. The price given for the best window offered is by far the best price around. As far as the installation, Tyler and Brandon rocked it out, like they could do it in their sleep. They arrived early, called ahead to tell us when to expect them, they were professional and very courteous. They installed 14 windows in no time. They really know what their doing. We highly recommend window world and will tell everyone we know what a great experience this was, especially if they need home improvements.

I needed to replace 23 windows in a 115 year old home. After EXTENSIVE research, I decided on the Window World 6000 Series windows. The entire process could not have been easier! One text to WW and a sales rep (Paul?) came 70 miles the following business day to discuss the 6000 Series and other WW products. He was extremely knowledgeable of WW products and the installation process. I signed the contract and 5 weeks later, Heather emailed to schedule installation. The crew of 7 was right on time, and within 5 minutes of arriving, the old windows were being removed! Let me tell you - the WW crew is one "well-oiled machine!" They worked non-stop for 8 hours, not even taking a lunch break. Every window was installed beautifully, and they even washed the windows after cleaning up every speck of debris! We've been working with Window World for about 6 months now, and we've been happy with our customer service. They have been top notch which each person we've interacted with. Christina was our sales representative and was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was responsive, thorough and answered all of our questions. She is the reason Window World got our sale. We really have appreciated her every step of the way. Our install had a few hiccups, but Christina, Andrea and Heather have held our hands the entire time. They were constantly communicating with us on the process of our replacements (manufacturer defects, not Window World) and scheduled us the minute the windows were in. Richard was our service technician who installed our replacements. He was so kind, wonderful and quick with his service. He has been out to our house twice, and we appreciate how well he took care of us. He made sure we were happy, and everything was done correctly.
