I was looking for someone to install whirlybirds on my roof and having a hard time finding anyone. I finally found BRS and Wes came out to have a look and give an estimate. I was very impressed by his enthusiasm and professionalism. He obviously knew his business and answered all my questions. I asked him to look at the roof while he was here and he showed me some issues that we hadn't noticed. He sent me an itemized estimate within days.I accepted his offer and he took care of everything. Wes did an incredible job repairing my chimney that had a small leak in it. While he was fixing that, he noticed a couple of other areas on the roof that in his opinion needed attention. I asked him to fix those as well for me. His honesty and knowledge was great and it was great to work with someone that could work with your schedule as well. I highly recommend him to anyone who is needing roofing work done. Don't get locked in with anyone else until you contact him and allow him to give you a quote for the work that needs to be done. I needed some sleeves for vent pipes on my roof to be replaced, as the old ones had deteriorated, some shingles replaced and some chimney footing work done. Wes Hundley came out and gave me an estimate for the work to be done. He arrived on the appointed day to do the work but discovered other problems, which will have to be done by another company, and in a specific order. He did what he could, and is putting me in touch with a company that can handle the rest. Since he could not do all the work we discussed, he charged me significantly less than the agreed-upon price. Wes was highly professional, courteous, very personable and honest in what he could and could not do for me, which I greatly appreciate. It is rare in this community to find someone whose work ethics and practices meet a very high standard both in quality work and in Customer Service. Fixed the leak, inspected the rest of the roof, fixed a few spots that would have given us problems in the future. I used Wes on a flat roof that attempts has been made three previous times with finally a roof the was waterproof and properly installed. I had him return to do a re-shingle and fireplace flashing again a success. Out of the three roofing companies that I contacted he was the only one who came to the site analyzed the problems and fixed them. After a second project where patio windows were replaced and the incompetent contractor left the copper gutters unattached and refused to fix Wes was there immediately to remedy the gutter issues. I would recommend him to anyone looking for good workmanship and a price true to the estimate if there was any additional cost I was informed and trusted his judgement on what additional work was involved. Friend of a family member said he could repair my roof which was leaking around the chimney. Made a big mess then didn't show up again. Worse part was with a small shower, water poured into the house around the chimney. I called Wes Hundley the next day and told him I had a problem He came by that same day, inspected the chimney along with the entire roof and gutters. He gave me a quote that we agreed on and went to work. Fixed the chimney, caulked all the roof pipes that desperately needed it AND cleaned the gutters.That night it poured rain and thankfully no leak. Surprisingly, Wes called me that night after the rain to see if there was any leak. He was thrilled to hear that the ceiling was bone dry.I found Wes to be professional, knowledgeable and reliable. From my standpoint he's a keeper. We agreed that he would come by annually to look the roof over and do preventive maintenance. THANK YOU WES!

When he finished we had rain to come through and I noticed I then had several leaks spread across my ceiling and at the front door the ceiling started to fall apart.
