We've used Pristine Peaks three times now to clean our vinyl siding and windows, and each time they've done an outstanding job. I like that they use a low-pressure cleaning system that doesn't push a lot of water behind the siding as happens with a pressure-washer. Tammy, the owner, provides excellent customer service: friendly, clear, quick response. It's a pleasure to do business with them.

What a professional outfit these guys are! Impressed me start to finish. Meticulously prepared the grounds before they used their cleaners and protected everything. Tony, Terry and Conner have a good work ethic. Very polite and professional. Cost was good for the work that was done. They sent a photo of the vehicle they were bringing before arriving.Tony explained things they were doing and made sure we were happy before leaving.Sorry it was the hottest day of this summer. They went back over the roof several times to make sure it was clean. Also popped a vinyl siding fixture back in. Finished just in time as a thunderstorm rolled in.The only thing to keep in mind if you're on well water is check your pressure tank. Ours had dropped to 10 psi. Resetting the breaker brought it back online.

They came to do a house, wall, and gutter cleaning. We discussed possible roof cleaning for one section with moss, and when they got on the roof, saw many signs that we needed a new roof. They shared pictures of what the concerns were, which we could see and believe as concerning. I think they helped us avert a disaster. They went ahead with the other work, and did a great job cleaning the house and brick wall. I will definitely call on them with any additional cleaning work on our house.

Pristine Peaks cleaned our house and did a fantastic job, so much so that after a recommendation they were asked to clean a section of our local hospital where I work. They arranged their schedule to perform cleaning when no patients were receiving treatment. They arrived on time and brought enough staff to complete the job in the required time frame, they even applied tape to the door seals to keep water from seeping in the entries. That is professional!
