Cenvar folks were very professional to deal with, quick to respond with quote and schedule. Our roof was completed today (7 am - 5:00) for a good size roof. Super clean up (lots of tarps laid on ground to catch tile trash and nails). We are very very impressed! Communication was superb and they continued to check in with us during the day! Price was very competitive. We would highly recommend!

Great job on the roof. Crew arrived on time and called before they came. They worked clean and kept me updated on the project. The whole project was completed in less than 24 hours. Would highly recommend Cenvar roofing to anyone looking for a new roof. I had 2 other roofing companies give me an estimate for architectural shingles and Cenvar beat their price by $3000!

If you’re in Roanoke, Cenvar doesn’t have any roofing crews here, it’s strictly subcontractors so you’re basically paying for a name with subpar work.They finished my roof and I found several issues. I took pictures and sent the to the project coordinator and told them I needed these issues fixed and I didn’t want the same crew doing it because quality isn’t what they do. They sent their roof inspector out and he confirmed all of the issues I pointed out and found more. Luckily I have roofing experience but for anyone that doesn’t, they’d be left with a poorly installed roof.Well they sent a crew back out to address the issues and they didn’t even correct them all. You can tell they don’t care about quality, they just want to get it covered, yet I paid a premium price for a well known roofing company.After they came back out, they left an absolute mess! Shingle grit and roofing nails everywhere and their truck leaking oil all over the street. Unfortunately I don’t speak Spanish and the crew doesn’t speak good English so it’s hard to communicate.My skylight was installed crooked and way off center so that had to be removed and put back in, the ridge vent installed improperly and the rakes are all trimmed uneven, hangover from 1/4” to 3/4” so it just looks bad, not to mention they look like they were trimmed with a hatchet!Vinton Roofing did the houses on both sides of me and they have a perfect 1” overhang on the rakes but mine look terrible. This is an issue they were supposed to correct but didn’t.I wish I had it to do over again because I was never told they use subcontractors exclusively in Roanoke until after the job was done.I wouldn’t recommend Cenvar Roofing in Roanoke.

The entire Cenvar crew was exceptional. Jeff, the site leader was in frequent communication with me about the job. He informed me ahead of time about potential added material costs and the reasons for these. When incidental damage occurred to my siding it was repaired in a timely fashion at no cost. Jeff came back out to the house after the job was done to check on a concern I had about the work around the chimney. The work had been done correctly and Jeff was able to explain to me what I was seeing. The clean up was thorough. Except for a nice new roof you couldn't tell they had been there. I was told I would not get an invoice until I was 100% satisfied and they held true to that. I feel the pricing was very fair. I would recommend Cenvar to anyone with roofing needs.

From the estimator through office personnel to field crew and its supervisor, everyone was very courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and willing to answer questions.The installation crew was simply amazing, fast and efficient. I was very happy with the work done by Cenvar Roofing. They did our house and garage. The men working on the roofs were polite and courteous, took their time to make sure all was done well, not rushed and sloppy. They also made sure to clean up all messes at the end of each day! Everyone went the extra step and made sure what was done was not just good, but was done great. They also kept us informed along the way as to what was going on. We would recommend them to any one who needs a roof done well.

The guys protected my outdoor items and cleaned up after installation, cleaner than before they started!Im a professional engineer, so I'm very familiar with processes, and Cenvar is a well oiled machine!I highly recommend Cenvar over all other roofers. I contacted Cenvar mid July for a quote for a new roof for my home. The sales person came to my house, inspected my roof and provided a quote within the day. The quote was in line with some other roofing companies but I chose Cenvar due to their reputation. 3 weeks later and I have a new roof. They arrived promptly and completed the work within 5 hours. They took great care to protect my property by covering the bushes and large windows. There were no signs they were there when I got home except for the new roof which looks great. Exceptional job! Called Cenvar to get an estimate on getting a new roof on my house and replacing the one on the garage which needed more work due to it being damaged. My husband and I were told they do not replace entire roofs to include replacing the boards and frame if needed. We were shocked since that is what a roof is made of and they advertise they do roofs. Good thing is we found a company that did both and they look amazing and no leaks. I would not recommend Cenvar but recommend Circle R roofing. Rob the owner is wonderful to work with and his employees and himself worked hard from dusk to dawn literally. So Thanks Cenvar you did us a favor and lost several thousand dollars for your company..

Roofers were onsite from 7am until 6pm only stopping long enough for a short lunch break. They removed the old roof, made necessary repairs, and replaced a new shingle roof on a rather large house. They made sure to clean up the debris all around the house including the outside stairway going into the basement. They took the time to answer my questions and made sure I understood the entire process. FANTASTIC JOB!! I would highly recommend Cenvar to anyone needing roofing work. I am extremely pleased. David called us the night before our appointment to let us know that the crew would be there at 0700. They arrived on time and immediately began working on our roof. We were kept appraised of the progress throughout the day. Once the job was completed they cleaned up everything leaving nothing that even showed that they had been here. I highly recommend Cenvar and with a 30 year warranty my only regret is that I won't be around to use their services again.

Jared came out today to look at our 2 year old metal roof that was installed by another contractor. We have had a very intermittent leak. We believe he found the problem and actually fixed it. He wouldn’t even charge us as he said estimates were free and he didn’t do all that much. He was at our house for an hour. What a great guy and what a great company. Thank you Cenvar Roofing!!

Cenvar's pricing is reasonable after getting several quotes they were mid range. I do think however they seem to rush to much to try and get things done to fast which can sometimes result in poor quality or even worse a crew member getting hurt I did have to pick up a few dozen nails left on roof which I think was do to them rushing and finishing up after dark which with poor visibility things can be overlooked they should have at least took a day and a half to install roof and a half day cleaning up and checking their work out . The roof looks nice and they claim to warranty there workmanship well so just have to wait and see about quality. Will give them 3 stars for now but if 10 years down the road if everything still holds up with no issues will bump up to 4 stars . I can't give anyone 5 stars because that doesn't leave any room for improvement

Quite happy with the overall experience from sales visit to installation day. A few small bumps and unknowns with delivery of supplies and scheduled install day. I am most impressed that a large crew arrives all working diligently and meticulously to perform a thorough, efficient job. (In other words, not a crew of 2-3 looking overworked.) Very kind and respectful! The full roof/skylights/vents/gutters were taken care of as promised in the sales visit. No individual extra charges.
