I am extremely happy with the deck project completed by the Nicely Done contracting company.They were very easy to work with and accommodated all of my special requests for my deck. The completed project was exactly what I wanted.The contractor arrived promptly at 8 o'clock every day until the project was complete. This beautiful deck was finished in just one and a half weeks. During the construction, the county inspector visited three times to ensure that everything was secure and in order. I am extremely satisfied with their work and will definitely call them for any future renovation projects.

Wife and myself moved here from Florida and bought 7 acres. Now, trying to find right Builder. We originally thought modular home, but came into contact with Dwayne from RNicely custom homes, and glad we did, 1st was never at anytime left in the dark about the process, Dwayne was always available for any questions, or last minute changes, even after the build I received a phone call from Dwayne asking if everything was good <~ who does this? They already have your money and done with build, It’s just that through the process there becomes a camaraderie, friendship, in the build of your home which seems just as important to RNicely as it did to me. 2nd my on sight supervisor Aaron, I hit that guy with 10 questions , when is this expected when is that coming, how blue is the sky, well he said “give me a few” and then he came to me and said “ this is expected on this day , that is coming on that day and the sky is more like pastel blue today” Always ready to give me answers, Super guy, I was on sight almost every day doing a lot of extra clearing of my lot,pre prepping you might say for when we would eventually move in, like where I’m gunna farm, where to putting man cave etc, I also have done builds myself in my day so I was able to see first hand of the quality of work being done, They say (“your only as good as your subcontractors”) RNicley Scores AAA+++ on this, there Subs are a class all there own, oh I tried to find fault , you bet I did, and I found one, there was a last minute change on the same day as the plumber coming out, we changed location of toilet, and sure enough cut wrong hole, Aaron came out pointed it before I could , and that week it was repaired and hole relocated, Saved from total disaster lol (thanks Aaron) from framing to painting down to final grading of land, it is almost as if they are building there own home, the pride in work is beyond my understanding, maybe because I’m use to Florida slap it up, collect money, and see ya mentality.
