I recently hired Simple Construction for two projects: replacing the siding on my house and adding siding to my garage, and building a deck. This review is for the former.Mike, Franklin, and the entire work crew were great. From the initial consultation to keeping me updated throughout the process to the work itself, I could not be more pleased. They paid attention to the small details, like ensuring the siding was perfectly lined up where it spanned different portions of my house. From contract to completion, the job was efficient and thorough. Very good value for the money spent.I'm excited to leave them a second review once my deck is complete!

We had a windstorm take off a good portion of the shingles on our roof. I called several roofing companies in the area. Dustin was very responsive and took the time to thoroughly inspect the roof and explain what he found. We needed to replace the roof due to the age and the workmanship of the previous installers. Dustin coordinated everything and was timely in his estimates. Come installation day, the crew arrived on time and completed the installation. The roof looks great. I used Simple Construction to do a kitchen update in summer 2020 and I could not have been happier with their work. They were incredibly professional and did great work.We later used them to replace our skylight and again they did great work. I would highly recommend them for any home project.

I used this business to do a complete renovation of my kitchen in Nov 2019. When I say complete I mean they painted the walls, painted my cabinets, put new flooring down, installed new ceiling lights, new backsplash, new sink, etc! They were incredibly professional and super nice. From our initial meeting they listened to all the ideas I had and brought the idea to life beautifully. They worked within my budget and my kitchen looks amazing! They showed up on time and were very responsive. I would HIGHLY suggest them for whatever work you are planning at your home!

Highly recommend!!! Had a huge roofing leak in the middle of a weekend storm and they came out the same day and fixed the issue before it caused any interior damage. Highly recommend
