Great experience! Doug was superior and great at his job (obviously he sold us on our windows). The windows look amazing, changed the whole look of our home. The process was pretty quick, it took about six weeks from start to finish. The installation crew, what can I say…. They rocked! So friendly and thorough. They worked non stop for 7hrs, we bought their dinner, pizza and pop, and they barely slowed down to eat… so impressed with them. There was no trace that they were ever here. So happy with the whole process.

Window World has done all of my replacement windows, front door, front and back storm doors, and siding. I’d recommend them for each of those jobs. Everything was completed ahead of the original scheduled time and the house looks absolutely revived

Window World did a great job installing my windows. The price was the best I received out of 3 quotes. Cole's presentation was informative, but not long winded. He used a torch to show me how heat did not transfer from the outside to the inside, and he literally stood on the windows to show me their durability. Additionally I had them install a a door, which did not go as smoothly. The reason I bring it up is because I wanted it to be understood how diligently they worked to correct the issue, including providing a new storm door when the one that I had installed several months prior was damaged. I would highly recommend Window World to anyone that is looking for quality windows at a great price, with an exceptional local team backing up the product and installation.

We had the original storm windows in our double wide which were not energy efficient at all!We had Window World come out and give us an estimate to replace all the windows and a sliding door.We also got other estimates and Window World came in with the best price for the best Windows!There was a three month waiting list, so our Windows got installed in December but luckily the temperature was 50 degrees that day.Kyle and his crew did a wonderful job!We no longer feel a draft and I know our heating bills and cooling bills will drop.I love that the windows tilt in for cleaning and that the screens can slide up and down so you can decide if you want the top or bottom of the window open.All the slider doors that we looked at in both Home Depot and Lowe's or not as nice nor did they slide as nice or have such a nice screen door in them so why I am very happy that we went with Window World!If you are in the market for new windows or doors you should definitely check them out because their estimates are free you have nothing to lose and you will learn a lot and have a lower electric bill!

I think I did a review after my windows were installed about a year ago. Everything is still great. I just wanted to note that last year I was inundated with stink bugs. After my new windows were installed, I haven't had a single one this year. My electric usage is also way down. Love my windows.Service: Custom windows

We had every window in our house replaced, two entry doors, and three sliding glass doors. The black trim on everything installed looks very sharp. Window World offers quality products. Our energy efficiency has improved 100 percent! The price was affordable, and competitive with other local companies.We had a few screens with holes.The installers ordered new screens, and hand installed new screens in the frames. They did a great job over the entire installation process.We both would recommend Window World. Homeowners should feel confident that they are getting the best product and experienced installers.With every project, you may need to wipe a hand print off here and there, and pickup some small debris from the yard. I believe the windows to be good quality and were installed well. One of the screens was damaged and they immediately sent someone to fix it. The only complaint I have is the crew all spoke little to no English which made communicating difficult. Recently had new Window World windows installed in my home. Had been on order for about 8 months, after making a sizeable down payment. The salesman had a bit of an iffy attitude but I overlooked it at the time because I wanted those new windows installed. The installation crew was outstanding in every way. They were very hard working, even skipped lunch so they could finish in one day as required by the company. They did a quality job with each window, were very polite and professional, I couldn't have asked for any better installers as far as I was concerned. Its the company policy that let me down ... re their no painting policy and their poor management attitude towards customers. The installers are not allowed to paint anything. So the raw wood trim they installed around the new double kitchen window was left unpainted. Needless to say the unpainted trim quarter round trim looks like the dickens around that beautiful walnut wood window they installed. I complained about it and was given a ... well you signed the contract ... song and dance by their office boss. And, he had an verbal attitude about it as a parting gift. Company policy is lacking re customer relations I'd say. Will not recommend that company or hire them again.

The salesman Matt was so nice when selling us our windows and talked about if something happened to a window to call and they’d send us a new one but when there was a question about what part of the window was to be replaced he became rude and inconsiderate. We were taking down our curtains and hardware and I called the office at Window World to ask if the inside of the windows were going to be replaced and the woman told me that she pulled up the contract and yes it was going to be replaced. This was great and going to save us time in not having to patch holes. The next day they came to put in windows and Matt called and said I was told wrong, to read my contract, he remembers telling us specifically that it wasn’t going to be covered (doubtful) and he was with his boss who was hearing all this. Then the windows were covered in black smudges, some screens were broke, a window had to be fixed, you could feel the wind coming straight through a few of the windows, and they forgot to caulk 2 windows. Also, I couldn’t communicate with the contractors because they didn’t speak English. If I had it to do over, I’d have gone with someone else. Where’s good customer service? We spent a lot of money to be talked to and treated so badly by Matt and to think that his supervisor allowed it just shows how this company operates.
