I submitted a request for an estimate in the morning and the service was performed the same day. I wasn't quite sure what to expect because I had always power washed my house. Our windows are clean and beautiful after his excellent work. He was very polite, kind and had a great sense of humor. The weather was windy but he still did a wonderful job. We have tricky window screens, large indoor plantation shutters and a few casement windows and he handled them all with great care. We will definitely hire him again!

I requested a quote to have my windows cleaned on October 9 and received a quote from Richard Adams to perform a house wash, $416 and window cleaning, $288. I requested a revision to remove the house cleaning. The revised quote to do the windows was $468. Really! I gave a detailed list of my glass surfaces (windows and doors) and told Richard that my windows and doors had no mullions. I received a response indicating that my "requested changes have been received." I have heard nothing despite two follow up attempts on my part
