Nothing but only positive impression! Really appreciate them coming same day and fixing my AC in the middle of 90 degree season. The customer service was very polite and kept me updated with the arrival eta and also rescheduled me to earlier time and gave me a call to make me happy. Tech arrived and was very professional and responsive, very nice guy, patiently answered all my question during his visit and respected my no-shoes home policy wearing booties every time stepping on the floor. Awesome experience and great price!

If I could give 10 stars to Tim Lamb, his crew, and Advantage Air LLC as a whole, I definitely would. After a 27 days of back and forth with a failed HVAC home warranty claim and no AC, I reached out to Tim and he had my unit measured and installed in 7 days and for a very reasonable price. I can't thank him enough for his professionalism, timely responses, honesty, and most importantly his great customer service which is SO RARE and hard to find these days. I will continue to recommend him and his team to anybody needing HVAC services and will continue to use him without question for my annual maintenance of my HVAC. My aunts AC went out early on a Saturday. We called, left a message and the owner personally called us back within minutes. He then had a tech to her house in less than 20 minutes. In less than an hour she had AC again. 5 stars all the way.

Advantage Air is the most professional and courteous contractor I have ever dealt with (I worked on the construction business for 13 years). They were sent out by our property management company when our a/c broke. They left us a portable a/c unit while we waited for the replacement. Turns out the owner went with another company. Advantage left the portable into in our home even though they didn’t perform the work. I would use them anytime. Thank you for helping us out!

had them do service about a week ago. they were quick, efficient, and kind but not clean. left grease, dirt, and dust everywhere so had to spend an hour vacuuming and mopping after the team left.
