Our new Rudd is a very superior unit and the installation was flawless. We could not be more pleased. Sue was the technician that answered our service call today. The problem was an easy fix and she spotted what had happened very quickly. That speaks well or her experience and trouble shooting skills but what impresses me most was how she treated my 91 year old mother-in-law with respect and assurance that her call was important and then take the time to give some good advise and also be considerate enough to chat a few minutes with an elderly lady that doesn’t have a lot people left to visit her. Sue is a true professional and treats each customer like they are the most important person on their service list. This is the type of service that is very rare but often shows up in the customer service from Mack Morris employees. We thank you!

The pre-work visit established the expectations of what they needed and what the schedule would be. Our crew supervisor was Anthony P. and he ran an excellent job. The crew was respectful and cleaned up every day. I appreciated Anthony’s attention to detail as they worked with very clean cuts in the drywall for the new supply and return registers.Certainly as important if not more importantly, there was an issue of how the electrical wire was run not as expected. It says a lot that they came back out and reran the wire to meet my expectations.An incredibly professional organization from bidding to planning to install to service.Photos aren’t fancy, they just show the clean finished product.Services: Installation, HVAC duct & vent installation, Install AC

Great company and team. They replaced my furnace and blower. I hired them 8 years ago to replace the old compressor then.They show up on time, respect the residence by cleaning up. And check their own work prior to departing.Fair price. Not always the cheapest, but the best value I feel

We are growing to love and trust Mack Morris. All their technicians and office staff are courteous and do everything they can to address customer concerns. This includes Mack himself who called us when we had a problem with our a/c this past summer (after which Then Mack's son came and worked on the issue). Now today, one of their other great technicians Chris, came and worked on regular maintenance (after which he have us a very informative summary of how things are with the system) reminding me to make an effort to review this trustworthy company. Although this was just a check up visit, the tech took the time to crawl under the house and clean out a few mice! The only negative was 1/2 hour late and I ended up needing a part that had to be brought from C’ville and that took 1/2 hour. But both techs were friendly and explained what they were doing. I have signed up for a fall visit.

They perform a semi-annual maintenance routine on my HVAC and for all of the many years I have used them I have had no problems with my system. Their employees, Chris in this case, are invariably pleasant and efficient. We have a mini-split HVAC system which we purchased from Mack Morris about 12 years ago for our cinder block cabin on the Shenandoah River and have had a maintenance agreement ever since. Since we sometimes during the winter don’t come to the cabin for up to two weeks, and since we do use the cabin all winter, it is very important that the system keeps the cabin at 50 degree F during the freezes. We have been very happy with the maintenance that all of the different maintenance people have provided over the years. Today’s visit was no exception. Sue was very knowledgeable, personable, and careful. It was a pleasure meeting her and listening to her as she explained in detail the steps she took.

Ashley was friendly and helpful. She sent Sue who arrived in a few minutes. Sue has worked on the unit before. She realized immediately that the AC was stuck on. Sue also said she replaced the same part that was broken three years ago. She said it should last longer than that and thought they don’t make parts today as well as they used to. She now has the heat on and set the thermostat on Emergency heat mode. Thanks to Sue, the heat is on and I am comfortable at 74*
