Carly Broadwell is a great person to have working at this company. I would recommend her highly. She is very knowledgeable for her job and is willing to do some things that men won't when it comes to getting up on roofs and working in the rain. My experience with Best Choice Roofing from beginning to end was seamless. Bryan (our sales representative) noticed our roof had damage and we contacted my insurance company. A few days later we had the adjuster come take a look and Bryan was here to make sure the adjuster got every last detail. A few weeks later the roof was installed. Bryan was very personable and answered all questions whenever you needed. I would highly suggest Best Choice Roofing

I was very disappointed in the service that was received. The workers did not have the black installation. My neighbor notice and alerted me. They were going to do the job without the correct materials. no body spoke English was my second issue. third issue the company filed additional money off my insurance. I was alerted with a Note posted on my door, like we were not going to pay the remaining balance. WE had not received the additional from the insurance. Very unprofessional.

We experienced quite a bit of roof damage thru a series of storms, of which I began to start saving some money to start a repair. I didn’t expect to garner any benofits from my insurance carrier, however with a visit from Ryan Willis of Best Choice Roofing, I was given a positive outlook as he took on the case. Ryan worked closey with the carrier and examined the roof with the agent personally, to ensure a quality inspection was achieved. I was very very happy with my n w roof,,,Bryant went thru everything from start to finish very thorough, he's very patient &very polite,,, he's a model salesman as well as inspector for after the roof was done. The damaging wind @my location was brutal&ripped many shingles,, I'm sure my nosy neighbors will be coming one by one to tell me how good it looks. I will pass on references from me to anyone who might need or replace their roof but when I do ,, I want Bryant to get the cr,,&you have a very happy customer,,not just with the job,but the presentation &patience that he showed me while he took over my insurance with Allstate .He was very professional & 🙂polite Thank you all the way around.🙂

Very high pressure sales tactics. Wanted a commitment before he even completed the estimate. Wrote on my roof with large white crayon and after I refused to go forward with the work he would not remove it! Hung up on me when I called back to have him remove It,Would not do business with this company if that's how they deal with potential customer!

I had the pleasure of dealing with Ryan Willis when sorting out getting a new roof. The roof was nearing the end of its lifespan, and Ryan stopped by just to ask if he could look at the roof for free and give us an estimate on how much longer the roof could last us. But due to a hail storm that took place last year, Ryan noticed some damage to the roof and suggested filing a claim. He took care of everything. Even filed the claim in my living room and handled most of the questions! He even scheduled the meeting with the claim adjuster, and periodically checked in to see if everything was going good. Just an awesome experience all around. Getting a new roof that was near the end of its life for the price of my deductible, and it’s all thanks to Ryan! I had to threaten to call the police to get their salesman to leave my property. I contacted the company about it, and they couldn't have cared less. They use high pressure, door to door salesmen. Good roofing companies don't need to do that. Just my opinion, but their business model seems to be built on defrauding insurance companies. Very underhanded practice. Stay away.

Our entire experience with Best Choice Roofing was outstanding. We were going to wait a few years to replace our older roof, but after a hail storm Ryan from BCR stopped by to offer a free inspection. I am glad I agreed as this proved to be the easiest, most professional experience ever. Ryan coordinated the entire insurance claim process from start to finish. We were able to get a new roof for only the cost of our deductible. The hardest part was simply picking the color of our new shingles. Their crew completed all work in two days as scheduled, and were professional, timely, and completely cleaned up our property afterwards. I have only positive things to say about the whole process. These Guys are Awesome! I hate dealing with the insurance company. They never want to pay whats owed and they always try to skimp out on you when you pay beau-co amounts of money to them. Well BCR and their teams of professionals definitely fixed that. They took care of the insurance adjuster and even schooled them when they tried to not cover the damages on my roof. My point of contact, Mr. Sloan was able to get me covered and took care of the whole process. Now I have a 25 year $8K roof for just my deductible. Call them Today!!!!

Had Jesse Shelor look at my roof the other day. He was very honest with how much damage was actually on my roof. He gave me the choice of coming up onto the roof so I could watch myself and even took pictures of the damages to explain to me what was happening to my roof. The roof inspection was free and I ended up having more damage than expected.Jesse was very trustworthy. He even got my insurance, Statefarm (which is very hard to get insurance money from), to cover a FULL ROOF replacement.
