These guys are nothing short of amazing. I was having some zoning issues with my thermostat resulting in a cool downstairs and a hot upstairs. Not only did they get the job done and resolved my issue, but they also did so with fair and reasonable pricing—which is hard to come by these days. The owner (who initially showed up to diagnose the issue) was extremely friendly, honest, and knowledgeable.The employees who conducted the work were knowledgeable and friendly as well, and completed the work I needed in a reasonable amount of time. We are new property owners to the Goshen area and needed help repairing the HVAC unit on our log home. Nathan came out to give us an assessment of the 17 year old Lenox system that came with our ‘new’ home. Our furnace went out at 6pm the night after Christmas and Nathan was out within an hour to look at it. He needed to order a part and had it installed and fixed by the next morning. We had some terrible experiences with other dishonest HVAC companies in the area. One company miswired the outdoor unit so that the air conditioning worked which was fine in the summer, but the heat didn't work when winter came. Nathan expertly diagnosed the problem, made the necessary repairs, and then suggested an improvement to optimize the existing system. This guy really knows his business. We were so impressed with this company that we now have a maintenance contract with Shenandoah Service and Repair. This company is trustworthy, reasonably priced, genuinely cares about the client, and is reliable. Since the initial repairs, we have had no problems. Thank you Nathan!
