DPS renovated our kitchen after we had some water damage and our insurance company linked us to them. On the positive side, everyone we dealt with was friendly and professional. They did good work and we like the outcome of the kitchen. Robert (our PM) did a very good job communicated during the rebuild process. On the not so positive side, DPS was slow to get us quotes for different aspects of the renovation (ie Cabinets, floors) and they were expensive for additional work we asked them to quote. We ended up contracting separately for those items and saved ~50%. Also, we had a couple hiccups with them during the construction phase that delayed the work for a few weeks which when you don't have a kitchen is frustrating. We ultimately got them resolved.

Thank god for DPS! I was really stressed when our refrigerator water line leaked, damaged the floors in the kitchen, and the ceiling in the basement was also messed up. Our insurance company referred us to DPS. They repaired and/or replaced the kitchen cabinets, kitchen floor, and basement ceiling -- a pretty big job! The DPS team was fantastic during the entire process. From the initial estimate to job completion, they were prompt, communication was great, and they did a great job putting my kitchen back together! Hopefully we won't have any more house repair issues, but if we do, I will be happy to work with DPS again.

I was blown away at the timeliness and quality of work. Project manager Sherry literally pulled off a miracle in getting her amazing workers out to fix my exterior and interior repairs in an extremely limited time window as I had a new family moving into my home. PLUS I was able to install flooring outside the scope of my insurance claim in the same timeframe at a reasonable cost. Right before the holidays, our neighbor's hot water heater pipe burst and completely flooded our basement from wall to wall. We were completely devastated. As soon as DPS got the call, they reached out to us and we immediately scheduled a meeting to get started on the repairs. Sherry was absolutely amazing in managing our project - she was responsive, understanding, and was always available (even while out of the country for the holidays). The team who did the floors were fast and efficient and we couldn't be happier. Not to mention the teams who came in and did the painting, dry wall, and rebuild of our bar. Sean, Sherry, Carroll and Mario were all great to work with. They responded quickly and did an excellent job repairing our damaged drywall. They (Carroll and Mario) also repainted a room that required a special technique and they did such a nice job that you cannot tell anything was ever damaged.

DPS was amazing. They were very friendly, had quick responses, and did everything they could to fix our home as fast as possible. We, initially, thought we would get the garage fixed in 2 months due to supply chain issues but DPS worked hard to find a creative solution to have the door fixed in days.They were so amazing that I, specifically, requested DPS for some wind damage to the house. Wow, just wow! This company & Sean Kelly were the reasons my insurance company had to increase their claim settlement to us! He provided a lot more damage to roof that they had claimed. Thorough and to the point is what we received! Estimate was thorough and detailed pictures of damage were the key! Job crew was on time, finished before estimate & total clean-up afterwards. You will be thoroughly pleased with their work. They are the best!!

Absolutely the worst service ever employees arrive late and leave trash along with no cleanup. Had a half of gallon of paint spilled on my staircase and uneven painted lines around the borders. Contractors were very unprofessional and never responded by in a timely manner to get jobs or estimates done. Stay away from DPS!!!Services: Fan installation, Painting, Drywall repair
