Happy note!-Polite, professional, proficient plumber and his trainee/tech, Joshua and Conner arrived on time and got our job done in less than maybe 45 minutes. Their task was the annual flushing of our 30-gallon condo-size water heater. Josh observed its serial number indicated it was now 10 years old and in the middle of the 8-12 year period when replacing is in order. His estimates were reasonable and convincing, but we chose to go with just the flushing. And we were assured the estimate will remain good until we decide to replace.-Reasonably priced, we are happy with today’s visit as we have been for the past 10 years with Michael and Son.-Thank you.

Tim was excellent! He did the annual cleaning of both of my A/C units and they look like new. Tim explained everything he did and had pictures of some areas of concern. He was very thorough and followed up with an email that outlined options for next steps.The entire process was seamless. Setting up the appointment was easy and I was kept informed about the arrival time - there was even a photo of Tim so I knew who to expect.I'll definitely use Michael & Son again.

I can’t say enough good things about Erik and the service he provided. First, his customer service was incredible. He was knowledge and thorough in explaining what he was going to do and ensured that everything was installed in the best possible way. We had some tough to reach areas and he navigated it skillfully. After being here for most of the day (and working through lunch), he still took the time walk me through what was done, the reasoning behind it, and best practices for maintenance moving forward. It’s service like Erik’s that will ensure that I continue to use Michael and Son for all maintenance and remodeling on my home. Thanks Erik - you rock!

The people I spoke with on the phone were so helpful to make my appointments. Eric was such a wonderful technician!! He was able to diagnose the issue we were having, and was able to come back twice to help us fix one of the issues that we’ve had for a while. He was very nice and professional. Kept his shoe covers on the entire time to prevent dirt on our floors. He was able to explain everything to my partner, and I very easily.

Josh, of Michael’s & Sons, did a FANTASTIC job installing a new sump-pump and automatic water shut off valve in our home. He not only explained everything he was going to do, but he even recognized and fixed incorrectly-installed builder mistakes, if only so his job was done right and the newly installed product functioned correctly. Neat, orderly and efficient, Josh was a professional plumber in every way. He happily offered recommendations and how-to-take-care tips so installed products would last. Overall, his finished work was just outstanding.

Eric was excellent. He worked very diligently to meet my special requests and make sure he found the ADA compliant toilets I needed, even though they are not what Michael and Sons normally offers. I recommend him unreservedly.Eric delivered and installed the new ada toilets today and I couldn't be happier with the installation, and Eric's cheerful, helpful demeanor.

Connor went above and beyond to help us. Our problem occurred a few days before we are moving and having encountered a number of other issues. Connor had to deal with a difficult vendor and still came to our rescue solving our issue quickly and saving us a significant amount of money vs. the vendor recommendation. I could tell Connor really cared about us. This was one of the best service visits I have had in years - thank you Connor!

When dealing with companies, especially companies that you depend on to provide critical services to your home, every now and then you come across a person who goes way beyond what is expected and demonstrates a genuine concern for customer issues. Joan George, Customer Relations Specialist at Michael & Son Services is just such a person. Customers can be difficult and I am no exception. Most issues can be resolved with good communications and interpersonal skills. Joan has "talked me off the ledge," and presents herself as a great representative of Michael & Son. I appreciate the personal attention and patience she afforded me in reaching out to listen to my concerns issues.

Best service ever! Able to make a next day appointment- and online! Also didn't require a deposit to make the appointment it was super quick and easy. Eric, the technician, kept me in the loop the entire time to pinpoint his arrival time. Arrived on time, and appointment was incredibly smooth and easy. He wasn't able to find the problem I feared, and kept costs low. I'm so thrilled I signed up for their annual maintenance plan, which they allow monthly low payments! I never write reviews and wasn't even asked to do so- but I'm so impressed I had to do this one. I'm a single working mama who knows the challenges of having a major appliance not working and the need to have it back in action with minimal time and dollar investment. I'm sold on Michael & Son- I can't thank y'all enough!

Our Technician “Raymond” called and informed us he could be at our appointment 30 minutes early. This has never happened! We were so relieved after going a night with no water. Raymond was on professional he was super friendly and knowledgeable. He got right to work, identified the problem mad and excellent suggestion on preventing the same issue. It was too cold to do the work, but showed us how to get much of the water on in the house. Appreciate the service and positive attitude. Highly recommended.

We discovered a leak in our kitchen ceiling around dinner time. Called for an emergency appointment and were able to get a plumber out that night. Rene was thorough and professional and did excellent work. We've been using Michael & Sons for years, they've fixed several leaks and also replaced our HVAC system and water heater over the years. Highly recommend them!

Recently switched our service to Michael & Son. We called about our hot water heater on Tuesday morning. Josh was able to come by Tuesday evening. He was clearly very knowledgable, and was able to quickly diagnose the issue. It turns out that we needed a new hot water heater, so he was able to schedule us for first thing Wednesday morning to install it. He not only switched out the hot water heater, but also repaired some mistakes that were made by our old plumber, the most notable being an improperly installed gas line. Josh was very thorough and patient while explaining the issues with the old heater and the maintenance for the new one to both myself and to the homeowner, who was on the phone and couldn't be there in person. Five stars for the professionalism and the quick response time, and if I could give a bonus star for being so nice to my dog, I would!

Mr Sameer did an outstanding service. He arrived on time. Explained what needed to be done. Completed the job in god period of time. Also, he performed extra service while working at the HVAC/AC maintenance and explained other services that I can request to keep the HVAC system running.
