This was the first time I took advantage of NED STEVENS house washing service. They came on a rainy day, which I thought was unusual, but the job was amazing! The house is 38 years old, and it looks great! The trimming around the windows, as well as the windows. I think this is definitely a service I will use again. Thank you to my crew of gentlemen!! We are very pleased with the service provided by Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning. They are courteous and very thorough in their work and leave our home looking clean and refreshed. They come as scheduled throughout the year, and I don't have to worry about the gutters overflowing and causing drainage problems. Customer service is efficient and helpful as well. I use Ned Stevens once a year for gutter cleaning, although it is recommended by them that it would be done more often. I personally think that I do not get much leaves in my gutters, although feedback (which would be greatly appreciated) would help me determine if I need to go with more frequencies. So for now, I will continue to go once a year. Don't get me wrong, I "think" they are cleaning out something for the price that is paid- which is reasonable, but an extra confirmation would help with my peace of mind.

After I arranged the gutter service, two men came within a few days. They moved quickly and removed any debris and washed out the gutters. It seems like they completed the job within 15 minutes! Good job!!

Costs of various services were explained very clearly, and what we needed to do to prepare was super clear. I was a little skeptical of the window washing service - holy cow - amazing!! Not only are the windows super clean - the "before and after" difference is incredible! They hand scrubbed the moss off the window frames and sills and sliding glass door and sliding screen door. It looks like a new door! The power washing service was SO worth it!! They scrubbed all the moss of where the power washer couldn't reach. If there were 10 stars I would give it!!

I decided to try Ned Stevens after getting frustrated with the AI text bots being used by my former gutter cleaner. Now I'm grateful for those non-human idiots because they pushed me to Ned Stevens. The scheduling was easy. The price was quite reasonable. The billing was easy. The gutter-cleaner notified us in advance of his arrival and showed up on time. He was thorough and he was tidy, even bagging up the leaf debris and depositing it by the curb. (Frankly this was as surprising as it was appreciated!). What more could I reasonably want?!? I'll be booking Ned Stevens next year as a delighted returning customer.

Ned Stevens is a well oiled machine with great people from the guys cleaning the gutters to the team handling the phone calls. Our home is 50 years old this year and has had some issues with our gutters in recent years. They came and cleaned our gutters and ALSO repaired some gutters that had pulled away from the house at no extra cost. I recommend them.

The two men that showed up to clean my dryer vent did a great job, but as I watched, it seemed like something I can easily do. Since they do not come inside the house, my husband and I pulled out the dryer from the wall and removed the aluminum pipe that attaches the dryer to the main vent. It was a mess! So just because you have this service done from the outside, it's equally important to clean the inside pipe. There is an inexpensive tool from Amazon that you can use for thr entire job. This is so important to do. According to articles I have read, clogged dryer vents are the second leading cause of house fires. This service should be done at least one yearly to stay safe.

FIVE STARSS!!!!I've been a customer of Ned Stevens Gutter Cleaning for three years now, and I've consistently received excellent service. They come out twice a year, and their work is always prompt, efficient, and reasonably priced. With large trees near my home, it's essential to have reliable maintenance, and Ned Stevens provides just that. Overall, I've had an awesome experience with them, and I highly recommend their services. Their location is in Herndon, VA.

They also do the windows and the dryer vent. They just did the dryer vent which was a great service, too.Ned Stevens just came to do my gutters. The team was precessional, and adept at what they do. I appreciate the services Ned Stevens offers and highly recommend this company. My windows were washed on Saturday. They did a great job with this service, too.

It was easy to schedule. They came quickly after I called. They have a lot of customer service reps. available to assist when you call. They did a fairly good job of cleaning up. I can’t see inside the gutters but what I can see appears to be clear.

My gutters needed to be cleaned and the rear gutter was hanging on by a thread. Ned Steven’s came out just one day after I called. Everything was so easy - I didn’t need to be home, they cleaned, reattached the broken gutter and disposed of all the waste. Great job!

The service was very easy to schedule and the service delivery is very efficient and with no disruption.It is very difficult to provide a feedback on service quality as a team came to clean our gutters but we were not home. I do not have a ladder tall enough to check what was done. I think the team should take “before and after” pictures and send them to the client immediately after delivery.

The Ned Stevens crew showed up within 48 hours from the time I called, which I consider remarkably quick. They did their thing without disturbing anyone inside and left the yard spotless. Outstanding!After extensive web research from “gutter cleaners near me” revealed the scam that’s in play — marketing people feeding leads to unknown/unreliable contractors and taking their cut)….…I called Ted Stevens. It was the day before Thanksgiving, 2023, as we had a massive rain storm and I could see my gutters (and my townhouse neighbors’ with whom I share a gutter system) were completely clogged. I’m aware of the damage this can cause to a house — mold, rotted wood behind the vinyl siding, etc.They had an opening for next day, Thanksgiving Day!! I got fair quote from a great customer service rep. My neighbor and I quickly agreed.9:30 am the next day, a national holiday, this spectacular crew showed up.The gutters were packed. Leaves, plastic bags, etc. all clogging the gutters and for sure to create major problems with upcoming rain storms, ice and freezing over the winter. They clean them by hand, then use leaf blowers and eventually long hoses blasting water through the gutters.Outstanding! Best contractor experience I’ve had in a decade.

The gutter cleaning service was wonderful! Our specialists even cleaned the leaves off the deck which was awesome! It’s too bad we can’t continue with Ned Steven’s as a company because they provide mosquito spraying services which is incredibly detrimental to our ecosystems. Otherwise we’d be a customs for life. If they ever discontinue this harmful practice we’ll be back.

The gutters are clear and functioning again, however I had to go around each downspout to make sure the water was angled away from the house and correct the placement of splash blocks. It’s done, but the work was lazy.
